Dr. Jorge Diaz is absolutely amazing. Last Week I saw him for my annual physical and I can tell you that he is very professional and very knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable bringing up my concerns. He takes time to go fully on detail over your problem. The Staff is also very nice, friendly and helpful.

Came in an hour early for a normal check up with an appointment and ended up waiting 2+ hours. Staff is unprofessional and is constantly talking about their lives to each other, rather than attend the patient in the room. Don't recommend coming here as the parking itself is probably going to be 10 dollars or more because of the slow speed of this office.

Dr. Diaz is great, the problem here is his staff which is just downright negligent. It takes multiple calls and faxes to get prescriptions answer to, the wait is ridiculous even with appointment and I will be changing doctors this month due to this.

Wait time is unbelievable. I saw more than one person write in they had their apt at the same time as mine. Once you are in with the doc you are out in less than 30 mins.

Took 1 hour for receptionist to even acknowledge me and take my copay. Over 2 hours till I was even taken back into a room. Do not come here unless you don't mind waiting all day. Receptionist was very unprofessional and complained a lot. Last thing I want is to be stressed at a doctors appointment. Never againz

Dr jorge is a very nice and proffessional doctor, BUT his staff left a bad taste in my mouth, my last vist was horrible. i strongly believe i was racial discriminated..the first time was bad but not as bad as my last. i dont think i will be going back.. I liked the doctor. However; the office was a mess. There was lot's of people. We ended up waiting for more than an hour to see the doctor although they said the doctor was seeing patients by appointments.

Doctor diaz himself is a good doctor but the office setting is not so organize i have call the office several times to request different thing and never got a call back from the nurse there in charge that i normally see. I will never go back there again.

Great doctor! Very humane, he listened to me patiently with my long complicated medical history especially since I had very bad previous experience before.Dr. Diaz was very professional and he took his time with me and answered every question I had. I didn't feel rushed like other doctors usually do to hurry you put of their practice. I'm super happy i found them through this site. I didn't have to do any medical tedious papers or anything because I did everything online so it saved me soo much time. I was so happy there that I have decided to make him from now on my primary care doctor ? I felt welcomed by all the staff the girls Mayra, and Patricia and another brunette in the front I didn't get their names they were super sweet and caring and even went out of their way to do me a special letter of permission for my job even after the office was closed. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I'm even recommending my little brother to see Dr.Diaz and I'll pass on the word to friends, family , and Co workers.

I was very skeptical at first once I entered. I do recommend a better front desk receptionist. I wasn't given the attention I wanted nor greeted. Very loud office too, but the doctor was great. He took his time to talk to me and explain everything. The rest of the staff was nice too.

Office staff not very professional, front desk was eating and answering personal calls from cell. Doctor was very nice and honest and took his time. I waited over an hour before being seen and no one bothered to say anything or even opologize for the wait.
