He was nice and matter-of-fact-like. If you're looking for someone that is all smiles and coddling then he's not your man. If you need the business done with no frills then he's cool. Not saying he's a robot, he was professional and listened well. Will definitely continue to see him for at least a few more times. I can give a more accurate review after that. If the look/state of the office is something that matters to you, then I'd say this guy is a "maybe" for you. Didn't bother me, it was a very typical doctor's office from my experience. I feel like a nice/pretty/fancy looking doctor's office is not the norm, it's the exception.
He took the time to sit down and listen to all of my concerns. We mapped out a plan to tackle each issue one at a time and he didn't seem to be bothered with my list of lingering issues.

Good but even though I was told that the appointment was confirmed by Zocdoc when I arrived to the office they did not have a record of my confirmed appointment.
