It's my first doctor visit in New York City, so maybe it's just culture shock, but i thought the office was crummy and the doctor was rude.

She is great - knowledgeable but not condescending. Dr. Hellman was friendly and funny, she did a thorough skin exam, and offered solutions to pimples and acne scars I have on my face. She also recommended a better skin care regimen to improve my skin. The office is trendy and her staff was helpful and nice. Will go again!
