I was impressed with her. I did not feel rushed, and felt she gave me her undivided attention while taking in my information. I feel she would make the right diagnosis if I were sick because of her people skills. Having the right doctor to me is the most important agent one can have, and I believe I made the right choice.

both Dr. Bikman and the PA ( a woman i cant remember her) they were both very attentive and kind. they took me in a room fast, and i was comfortable speaking to them. Very good care. Not rushed or unhelpful at all.

I've never received such excellent professional and personable care. Dr. Bickman and the PA were exemplary. The long wait was 'excused' since a foot of snow caused some staff absences leaving the few to care for the many.

Arrived on time to check in, only to learn that my appointment was "lost" even though I received both phone and email confirmations for my appointment. I received only horrid customer service from the receptionists and will never return to this doctor again.

I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appt time. Some people who came in before I did, without appts, saw a physician before me which didn't seem right. But otherwise the service and Dr was excellent and the staff were very nice - much better than dealing with an ER.
