Doctor Zlatanic is very nice and I thought he sounded knowledgeable. However, I would not move forward with this doctor because of his office staff. I had to wait over an hour to be seen and the staff almost seemed to enjoy watching me wait. They certainly made no apologies for the fact that nobody had written down my appointment and they were not particularly polite. The doctor also seemed to take his time wandering around and joking with the staff before he got to me. However, it is possible that I have a serious problem and would need to see the doctor often, and therefor I would not be interested in seeing him again. For a one-time visit, he was okay. There are just too many other good doctors in the city to stick with one who has an unprofessional staff.
