It was good. Staff at reception was very welcoming and pleasant.

I was very unhappy with this visit. I waited for over a hour and half, then when the doctor did arrive, he left 3 different times. Each time telling someone different to take my info. I felt rushed and like he was not paying attention because he had so much going on. There were too many appointments booked at the same time and there was no way for him to give the patients the time they deserve and need.

I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, however several times during our conversation he would ask a question and if my response took a little longer to flesh out he would interrupt me or would seem to lose interest and not be very responsive. I didn't feel particularly comfortable as he was not the warmest doctor to speak to.

Dr. Kamran Nia is a Very professional man. When he came into the room to see me he actually looked me in my eyes, introduced himself, and shook my hand. He made me very comfortable. I strongly recommend this Doctor.

VERY PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR AND STAFF

Dr. Nia is a true professional. Above all he is very humble, mannerly and quiet spoken. However, his front desk staff needs to be trained in dealing with patients. They do not have the patience and the politeness as Dr. Nia. Today, I had a slight problem with my appointment. It was not my fault, it was theirs, but they were not prepared to allow me to speak. They were insisting that I was there on the wrong day. Not until I produced my confirmed appointment on paper, then they acknowledged that I was right. But, the denial before that was too much. However, afterwards I was treated the way everyone should be treated, with kindness and respect. Not forgetting priority.

He seemed genuinely concerned about my case.

My first visit so I had to wait almost an hour. I guess till all the information was verified. It's normal. I liked the fact he actually listens and they ( Dr. And staff ). Seemed concerned on trying to heal you rather than treating you..

I absolutely adored doctor Nia. He was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone. the staff at the office were very polite and helpful as well. I love that they have great hours Saturdays and evenings are always a plus when you work long hours. Thanks!
