Nice office, nice staff. Since I did not have cosmetic needs, I really did not want to go to a high pressure clinic / medispa. This office seemed very straightforward, very efficient, not sales-y. Dedicated parking was also a nice bonus!

Dr. Minzer-Conzetti was very professional and answered all my questions. She didn't seem to listen very well and spent about 5 minutes in the room with me, but overall, a positive experience.

Prior to her medical career, Dr. Karen Minzer-Conzetti was a professional musician having studied at Eastman School of Music and the Juilliard School. She attended medical school at University of California, San Francisco, where she remained for her pediatrics internship. She then completed her dermatology residency at Oregon Health and Science University. While she enjoys caring for patients of all ages, Dr. Minzer-Conzetti has a particular interest in pediatric dermatology.

It was helpful. I was just looking to get a baseline overview of my skin. The appointment was informative and quick, but not rushed. Dr Minzer-Conzetti and her assistant were efficient and kind - and this not in a syrupy way.

Dr. Minzer is a very qualified professional. Her "other" staff made it such a bad experience that I really do not care to go back there.
My appointment was at 9:30 A.M. I was there at 9:20 A.M. There was one other person in the waiting room. After 9:30, that person was called in to the exam area. No less than six other people came in during the next fifteen minutes, and all were called in before me. When I asked what was the reason, I was brushed off, as though I was not a patient. I did not have a good experience!!

Just a 30 min wait... too long, but there was a full lobby. The staff let everyone know that they were running behind and offered to reschedule. It seemed to pick up after that. The staff were very kind to my daughter and the doctor was very personable.
