I enjoyed my visit. She was very patient and listened to all my questions and concerns. At no point did I sense that she was trying to get me out of there and onto the next patient as fast as possible. The staff at the front desk are really on their game. I left my previous doctor because I waited over an hour to see her, but I waited less than 15 minutes for Dr. Vine (not too bad mid-day during the week). Dr. Vine is incredibly thorough and kind. I would certainly recommend her.

My first experience with Dr. Vine was ideal. I thought Dr. Vine was exceptionally professional, and her "bedside manner" was optimal for me. She explained everything concisely but thoroughly -- walking me through every step in the process. Could not have asked for an easier, more comfortable appointment. I would definitely go back whenever I have a dermatological need.

Down to earth, made me feel comfortable. Did not push pricey or unnecessary products or procedures. Wait time was longer than expected however - she had been out ill earlier in week and was making up for lost visits.

My first time visit Dr. Vine treated me very well, she listened to me, she didn't rush, she was very nice, and i will return to her! I was surprised how patient she was with me as i had a million questions!!

Last year, during my first visit with her, Dr. Vine correctly diagnosed a melanoma that another dermatologist had not. I have seen her several times since the surgery to remove it (performed by a surgeon she recommended). Dr. Vine is professional, very thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Vine is a very competent doctor and a good listener; she is a bit reserved in her personality, but warms up over time and seems to be very sweet. I've seen her twice now for adult acne, and my skin has greatly improved in the last 6 months, although I'm not yet fully acne-free. However, she holds the same (if not higher) standards for my skin that I do, and believes we can do better-- she has offered me additional treatments (prescriptions) and lots of suggestions for things to try, and I believe she'll stick it out with me until we find the right combination. She is very thorough in explaining why she's recommending something, how it works, what is behind your issue, etc. She also never pushes any extraneous treatments, and will work with you to figure out prescriptions that work with your insurance. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Vine was very professional and quite nice. Although I was there for a consultation about a procedure I had already done in years past she took the time to explain the procedure and possible different options and we medical opinion on each. I made another appointment with her already.

There was a bit of a wait and while the Dr. was professional, I don't feel like I connected with her. It was also weird having her and two of the staff in the exam room. It made me feel rushed and slightly awkward when trying to explain my problem.

Dr. Vine was excellent -- she took her time and was very informative, sharing lots of information. She had great bedside manner and was nice person. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I talked to her about a burn wound that is healing and some other facial cosmetic concerns. And she was great for both issues. I would absolutely recommend her!

Wonderful experience! Dr. Vine was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She completely explained various options available to treat and prevent my acne. I've tried many different dermatologists over the years, and many different treatment plans, and Dr. Vine took the time to listen to my past experiences and prescribe a specific solution based on my history. I'd also like to commend the front desk staff and Dr. Vine's assistant, so friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule my appointment the day before because I found out I had a meeting, and they had no problem changing the time for me.

My visit with Ms. Vine was EXCELLENT! She was very patient and thorough and took her time to listen to what I was there for. She did not rush me out the room or anything. I was there for thinning hair and a few blemishes I had on my jawline. She told me about the different options they had for the blemishes along with some of the over the counter stuff that may work as well. She was not quick to just write a prescription and send me on my way. And for the thinning hair she gave me a couple of blood test I have to take to make sure it has nothing to do with my harmones she wants to start from the inside out which is the correct way. LUV HER. She will be my permanent dermatologist.

I really love Dr. Vine, but the wait at the office is pretty horrific. I arrived today about 10 minutes prior to my appointment and wasn't seen for over an hour.

Dr Vine was extremely thorough and professional. I came to her with some specific skin concerns and also had a full-body mole scan. She took her time and never made me feel like she was rushing—quite the opposite. I don't have health insurance and the bill definitely hurt, but after my experience with Dr Vine I feel that it was definitely worth it.

After ZocDoc reminded me to get an annual skin check (everyone should get one!) I made an appointment with Dr. Vine right away. She was incredibly sweet, explained everything to me, and made me feel really confident in her analysis. The office was lovely as well - pretty and great ambiance helped by the fun music playing in the waiting room.

During my first visit, Dr. Vine diagnosed a persistent rash (that remained undiagnosed by another dermatologist I had seen)and prescribed cream to clear it up. She also noticed a mole on my cheek that she said concerned her and recommended a biopsy or monitoring it over the next few months. She was very professional, explained everything clearly and was careful (and gentle) during the biopsy. So far, I am very pleased and would recommend her.

My whole experience was amazing! I came in with my husband and 2 daughters for a skin check and she was kind warm and thorough. My daughters are young, 3 and 5 and not only did she make them comfortable but they even had fun. My oldest even said she wants to be just like dr. Vine when she grows up! I've recommended her to other family and friends and everyone is so happy with her!

This was easily the most thorough annual skin screening I've had so far. The doctor was friendly and always explained what she was doing. She promised to follow up with me per email on a question I had - it's only a few hours later so I don't know if this has happened yet but the entire experience was positive.

Dr. Vine is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She sat down with me for nearly 20 minutes to discuss my condition, prognosis, and treatments. She offered suggestions, advice, and couldn't have been more helpful. Only drawback to the visit was the wait time. This was primarily due to the check-in desk that allowed me to check-in with the wrong doctor's clerk. I actually saw another doctor first and he realized the mistake that was made.

Dr. Vine was great. I ended up having a mole removed and she talked me through everything that she was doing -- and it didn't even hurt. She listened to my concerns and educated me on options in terms I could understand. Dr. Vine as well as all the other staff I interacted with were really friendly.

Dr. Vine was very friendly and sweet, listened well and offered a thorough plan of action for my acne troubles; she opted for the milder treatment first (topical vs. oral antibiotics) which I appreciate, but was sure to tell me to come back in 4-6 weeks if I'm not satisfied. She also expressed concern and suggestions for an unrelated medical issue; gave me handouts with instructions for my treatment; gave me lots of free samples to try; and made sure to tell me that if any of my prescriptions are not covered by my insurance to tell her and she'll talk to my pharmacist to find an alternative. Great! I did have to wait a while before I was called in, and I found the office to be a bit chaotic and confusing as the space also includes a dentist as well as other doctors.

Doctor was good. I arrived early (around 11:15) and still had to wait about 30 minutes.

I tried emailing the office as I had a few questions before my appt and got no response - then called 3 times with no answer. It was extremely frustrating and I don't know who is to blame- the office or Zoc Doc???

Dr. Vine is the best dermatologist I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. I found her on the internet (on a whim) because my I had a traumatic acne flare-up... I am *so* happy that I went to go see her. She was so understanding and easy to talk to. She really seemed to care about what I was going through--both physically and emotionally. She talked me through all the options, and explain everything thoroughly. I can't recommend her enough. Amazing! Go and see her... You won't be sorry!

I went in to see Dr. Vine and I was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Vine has a lovely bedside manner; she is relaxed, conversational and asks great questions. She took my concerns very seriously and I did not feel rushed as I have felt with other dermatologists in NYC. Dr. Vine aired on the side of caution and recommended a preventative procedure, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vine!

Two things made me unhappy with my visit. One, the office and especially the examination room were really hot. I was sweating just sitting there. Two, Dr. Vine barely spent any time with me. As soon as she got in, it felt like she had one foot out the door. She was very professional in examining me, so medically speaking she was good. However she did not seem open to questions. She just wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible.
