Professional Statement

Dr. Katie Brown is an audiologist treating patients in the Marietta and greater Georgia areas. She is licensed for both audiology and pathology by the Georgia State Board of Speech Language. She is also affiliated with professional organizations including the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech Language Pathology and Hearing Association, and the Georgia Academy of Audiology.

For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Brown attended the University of South Alabama in Mobile, where she studied speech and hearing science. She remained at the school in order to complete her doctorate in audiology. She has since held positions as a clinical audiologist, conducting both pediatric and adult audio logical evaluations and the selection, fitting, and programming of hearing aids.
