The office staff was so nice! Everyone was smiling and helpful. Dr. Poole took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. The whole experience was great - especially since I did NOT want to go to the doctor in the first place!

He listened well and his treatment was right on!

I am very happy I decided to find a new Dr. When I arrived for my first visit at his office his staff was totally remarkable! She was very friendly and pleasant... When Dr. Poole came in the room he asked my family history so that he could better assist with my issues. He was a good listener he made me feel as though I had a say so in the matter of my health concerns. He explained to me the different routes we can take he was really excellent when I left I felt as though I was headed down the right road to better health.. I was very impressed I also gave out at least five refferals to my co workers about Dr. Kenneth Poole!!

Kenneth Poole is one of my favourite doctors of all time. He's easy to talk to and I really get the sense that he listens carefully to what I say before making conclusions. His staff is very attentive and friendly and it's always a pleasure for me to come in—even if my reasons for coming in aren't so wonderful.

It was fine, all questions were asked and Dr. Poole seemed to have a pretty good idea of what I should be doing and he clearly had given my concerns thought and made suggestions and modifications as he thought appropriate. A good visit.

Dr Poole is very professional and yet down to earth. He is easy to communicate with and seems to genuinely care about his patients. From the service so far I would have to say he is one of the best Doctors I have ever had.

Very pleasant visit - Laparus was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Poole was thorough and professional. Dr Poole made some suggestions that will improve my health, and changed a medication to eliminate a bothersome side effect. I really appreciate that this office has lab capabilities and uses online features to make things so much easier.

It was very pleasant. He took the time to do a thorough history. He explained why he was recommending certain tests and explained current medical practices and the benefits. He was not rushed nor was he short. He took the time answer questions and asked if there any motr questions.

Dr Poole is very professional he takes his time and listens to what you have to say. He will address your problems and find a solution. He very concern on seeing that your health is his priority.

For a first visit, Dr. Poole was very thorough and took all the time I needed to ask questions and understand. I walked out comfortable there was a comprehensive and clear personalized plan.

Dr. Poole did not only ask questions but he listened to the answers. As well he listened to my questions and gave clear answers. It's nice to think I might have a primary Dr. considering I have not been to a Dr. in 30 years.

Felt as if my health was very important and that I was an important voice in the treatment planning. I did not have to wait very long and the response to my situation was immediate and professional.

Dr. Poole has a great bedside manner. He is thorough, extremely polite and respectful of his patients who are seniors. Staffers are warm and friendly.

I think my visit was superb! I recommended Dr. Poole prior to me even visiting him and that individual was pleased, which caused me to follow thru with making my appointment. Dr. Poole was cool and down to earth. I finally have a PCP that I'm happy with on the first visit.

I have to say, overall, I was very impressed by my experience at Kenneth Poole's office. On the morning of my appointment, due to my illness that prompted my appointment, I overslept and was 20 minutes late to my appointment. Despite my lapse in punctuality, his office was very welcoming and both Kenneth and his assistant were very thorough and efficent in their diagnostic procedure. I would have liked to have had a more involved dialogue about the medications he was prescribing to me, but I did show up later than expected, and he did in fact explain the reason behind prescribing each medication, albeit very concisely. That being said, I will continue to use him as a primary care provider and would recommend him to others; it has been a little over a day since I visited and I am already feeling much better!

Very nice staff, clean and cheery office, was seen promtptly. Dr. Poole was very friendly, thorough, addressed all my concerns, explained the medications appropriately and I left feeling good about my health. Will schedule for follow-up soon!

I liked Dr. Poole. He spent a lot time getting my medical history and clarifying things for his understanding. I appreciate that very much. His actual physical exam was a bit cursory but right now that was ok, my main reason was to get ongoing medication prescriptions and establish him as my primary care physician after my recent move to St Louis. I would probably recommend him but I need a few more visits before I can say "highly" recommend.

Professional, courteous, Doctor and Staff.

I was taken into a room for my appt. as soon as I arrived at the office. There is one woman who takes care of everything and everyone. Her name is LeParis and she is the office even more than the doctor. She sees to it that everything is done in a timely way. She gave me my injection, took my blood and set up future appts, all with a big smile and warm personality Dr. Poole listened to all of my issues and addressed every issue I raised. He could have a better "bedside manner" but he's a doctor! As a primary care doctor, he's all that he should be.

I READ DR. POOLE’S BIO AND SCHEDULED A PREVENTIVE HEALTH VISIT SINCE HE HAD OVER A DOZEN 5 STAR REVIEWS. THE RECEPTIONIST, LAPARIS, IS VERY PLEASANT. SHE ALSO DREW MY BLOOD THE NEXT DAY AND I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. THERE WERE ONLY 3 PEOPLE IN THE WAITING ROOM AND THE DOCTOR APPOINTMENT LASTED A HALF HOUR INSTEAD OF 15 MINUTES WHICH IS TYPICAL FOR MANY PHYSICIANS. DR. POOLE TOOK THE TIME TO PERSONALLY REVIEW MY HEALTH HISTORY AND FAMILY BACKGROUND WHILE OTHER DOCTORS WOULD JUST HAVE THE PATIENT FILL OUT A FORM (WHICH THEY PROBABLY DON’T EVEN LOOK AT). HE WAS VERY PROACTIVE AND THOROUGH REGARDING LAB TESTS AND OTHER APPROPRIATE TESTS. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE SHARING MY CONCERNS WITH HIM BECAUSE HE LISTENS AND RESPONDS IN A RESPECTFUL, OBJECTIVE WAY. SO FAR I LIKE HIM BETTER THAN MY PREVIOUS PRIMARY PHYSICIANS. THE 30 MINUTE APPOINTMENT MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH WELLNESS EXAM WHILE ALSO ADDRESSING MY MOST IMPORTANT CONCERNS WITHOUT ANY NEED TO RUSH. HE ALSO PRINTED OUT SOME RELEVANT INFORMATION. HE IS VERY OBJECTIVE, CHOOSING TO FOCUS ON FACTS, WHILE EMPHASIZING ACCEPTED STANDARDS AND PRACTICES. MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR. POOLE WENT VERY WELL. AND I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER MAKING HIM MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.

You would be challenged to find a better Doctor!!
