Very intelligent, caring, updated, kind, professional and most of all willing to help. She made me feel that I am finally in good hands within the first 5 minutes of my consultation. My follow up visit was scheduled within 4 business days, which I think is great - it confirms her interest in finding a prompt solution and it gave me peace of mind.
