Dr. Lav Kapadia MD

Perhaps I caught him at a bad time. I was the last appt. of the day and I had made the appt. the day before. Perhaps he was not prepared to have a late appt. However, he was rather in a hurry and when I was trying to discuss my current "ear issues" with him, he didn't appear to have a lot of time to listen to me or 'hear me out', so to speak. It was a bad first impression, but I'm sure this does not distract from his quality of care. Hey...we all have those times at the end of the day when perhaps we have to get somewhere else in a hurry after work. This could be an isolated experience.

Dr. Kapadia is an excellent doctor. I have full confidence in the treatment he has recommended.

He's a very good doctor and really cares about his patients' health and well-being. My visits are always a pleasant experience.

Very professional yet explained things so well even I understood :). Not only did he explain what my problem was, he went into WHY I was having the issue to begin with and how to avoid future flare-ups. Did not take the "quick-fix" approach and I will be a customer for life.

Everything about my appointment was flawless! The nurse and Dr. Kapadia were very easy to talk to and gave me very detailed information. I waited not even 2 minutes for them to call me in too, which is so great considering I went on my lunch hour. They had me in and out in 30 minutes or so. Easy, friendly, clean, prompt... and I will recommend him and his staff to anyone who is looking for an ENT!

Doctor Kapadia was very professional, his nurse was very courteous, the office staffer very efficient. Plus the office was open to an appointment at 4 PM on Friday 30 December - very appreciated.

Dr K. is very friendly and personable and an excellent doctor. He explained everything in great detail and went over my test results with me, carefully pointing out issues and making sure he answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and was actually concerned about me as a patient. The staff is great as well, very efficient and very nice.

from start to finish it was smooth...i was able to complete registration and paperwork online, so the wait time in the office was less than 5 minutes. I was able to make a same day appointment. Dr. Kapadia was professional made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me.

I have been seeing Dr. Kapadia for almost ten years. I followed him to this new practice, and would do so again so long as he's somewhere in the metroplex. I feel a real partnership in my care with him, and his concern is incredibly genuine.

Very warm, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened to all of my complaints, checked me thoroughly, explained my condition and my options, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that he gave me a number of different options and allowed me to be flexible in my treatment based on my lifestyle and my personal preferences. He also made it very clear that he would make himself available to help me ASAP if my symptoms got worse or if I needed further treatment. He was very frank and forthcoming with information about the medication he was prescribing to me. I felt very informed and well taken care of when I left his office. I hope I stay healthy so that I never have to go back, but if I need an ENT, I will without a doubt be seeing Dr. Kapadia again!

Dr. Kapadia was very professional and was great with my 3 year old. He answered every question and even told us things that I'm sure we would have been wanting to ask when we got home. I would highly refer him to anyone. Hopefully getting her tonsils removed will be just as smooth :)

I like the idea that the doctor could see me right a way and i didn't need to wait. I was also happy that i did not need to waste time filling out all the paper work and that i was able to send it online. it is a great idea. Doctor Kapadia explained everything that he was doing and it didn't take long.
