Nothing friendly or comforting about this office. I feel I spent way too much time there (I was sent to back to the waiting area several times), and that certain mistakes were made during my visit. No attempts were made to get to know me. In general I felt that there was a lack of communication in the office, and that the doc cared more about playing with his medical equipment than actually fixing peoples eye problems. Zero points for accuracy and attention to detail.

Visit more than an hour since getting 3 tests done and waiting for eyes to dilate. Staff busy but move people along as best they can.
