He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous

I was really happy with the doctor and his staff. Dr.Diwan notice my problem and right away ordered the proper test to de done the next day . This make me feel like I'm in the best care.

High ability and efficiency.

Dr is of few words and not a take charge kind of physician. Felt as if I had to fish for my own treatment and diagnosis. However, I still feel the Dr does know Orthopedics and he will answer your questions. Staff could be a little more knowledgeable. Annoyed that one has to make calls and find their own lab for xrays and mri's, as this prolonged timely treatment, did not make sense at all and it was distressing especially when in pain. And the chairs in the exam rooms need to be replaced as they were dirty and I personally did not want to sit in them.
