Dr. Leigh J. Lachman MD

This was a great visit from the time I arrived to the end. Love that he's old school and uses a typewriter! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

Dr. Leigh J. Lachman was very friendly, polite and professional. I felt totally comfortable with him. It also seemed like he really cared about me and my issue.

The doctor was very gentle and motivating.. I would recommend him for future patients..

The office is very small and packed! However he is really nice and informative.

Kind and very thorough. Tough to see on lunch hour as you may have to wait an hour, but if you have the time he's worth it.

Not thrilled about the wait time and they tend to do things "old-school" here...no credit cards accepted for copay and rx's are written on a typewriter! I definitely felt like Dr. Lachman tried to get to the route of the problem with my ear. I attribute the long wait time to the fact that he spends a dedicated amount of time with each patient, in addition, a member of his front staff called to advise me that there were 2 appointments scheduled at my time so I would have to wait "a bit." It was more than a bit, but worth it.

Dr. Lachman is simply the BEST ENT in Manhattan. Hands down. Bar none. You should see him for any sinus issues whatsoever.

Dr. Lachman is a wonderful doctor; I would wait two hours to see him. He is very professional and so is his staff.

Dr. Lachman explained each procedure in a comprehensive and thorough manner. My referral was made via internet and I did not have a copy to submit to Dr. Lachman's front office staff; they should have requested a copy when my appt. was confirmed via telephone, I would have brought it with me.

First time visit - really enjoyed the doc - knew his stuff but very communicative and great bedside manner. Only downside was LONG wait - saw me at 2:15 for a 1:00 appointment

Dr. Lachman is wonderful. He has a very calm and soothing manner to him, but is also quite funny. He really knows how to make people just feel better. He puts you at ease, makes you laugh, and then thoroughly examines your ailment to treat you medically. Overall, he's a wonderful doctor.

It was a simple and obvious situation but doctor was thorough and checked for alternative sources of the problem beyond the obvious one

Dr. Lachman is easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. And communicated everything very clearly.

Dr. L is a straight professional... amazing, and can figure out any ENT/sinus issue. Only note is there is he only takes co-pay in cash or check form rather than just running your credit/debit card.

I just wanted to go see any Doctor to get help, but i am so lucky I went to see Dr Leigh Lachman, great Doctor, wonderful personality, fantastic professional, Highly recommended, Thank you for your help and thank you for being there for me when i needed !!!

I liked Dr. Lachman a lot. He gave straight forward assestment and advice. The wait was a bit over an hour but the nice receptionist said they were understafffed on this particular day.

Dr Visit went well, however the wait time was over an Hr. this was due, the receptionist advised me that he already had appointments made thru thier office for the same time as I made my appointment on-line and the other patients came first, 4 patients came in after me, however were seen before me. This is unaccepable , and if they are going to use this service it should be by appointment time. For instance one of the patients that came in after me, her appointment was at 130, my appointment was at 1PM. she arrived a full half hour after me , but went intot he Dr before me. I did not get into the Dr untill 225PM

The wait was quite a while, almost an hour, but at least the first half of the wait I had to spend it filling out forms anyway, and by the time I met with Dr. Lachman, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions, and seemed very thorough. Am very happy I met with him so far, but will probably try to schedule my appts earlier in the day to lessen the risk of waiting a long time.

He was really nice and professional. He answered my questions and didn't rush me out the door. And I learned about this tube that is in our bodies connecting the nose and throat or something like that. Also he really examined everything connected to the ear, nose and throat which I never had done before. So I liked that.

I had a considerable wait because I booked my appointment last minute, but I was very satisfied with Dr. Lachman and his staff. He was so kind. One tip, bring a sweater! The examining rooms are chilly.

Dr. Lachman is great. He listens to the patient and performs a meticulous examination. I feel loads better and I highly recomend him.

By far the BEST ENT in Manhattan! He has been doing this for over 30 years and he's amazing... and he's funny... and he's completely down to earth. IF you have sinus problems, ear, nose, throat issues SEE DR. L!

i really did like my experience with Dr.Lachman, besides the fact that he is very professional he also makes you feel very comfortable and knows exactly what he is doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Lachman to friends and family.

Saw me quick. Co-pay was low. And was out in an hour. Solid.

Dr. Lachman was very friendly. I had a severe sinus infection, and the first prescription didnt quite work out. He took the time to explain the reasons why the first set of meds didnt work, & why he was switching them up.

Dr. Lachman is a fantastic doctor. He put me at ease immediately - by explaining everything he was about to do, followed by the results of his findings. He has an excellent manner - he is one who was destined to take care of people. David K
