Despite being almost half an hour late, I was welcomed into the office immediately. Dr. Pilschik, as always, was lovely to be around. She doesn't waste a lot of time, but engages her patients in a very friendly way. Sometimes I feel like she knows the questions I'm going to ask before I ask them, which is awesome! I highly recommend her!

She was very nice. I liked that we sat in her office so we could get acquainted and discuss my history before going to the exam. The office was quick and efficient and didn't waste a lot of time with excessive forms. My appointment was right on time and didn't take too long at all.

Eh, I'm over her. The first few times I went, I was a fan. She's smart and sweet and takes my concerns seriously. However, this is the 3rd time she has not followed up with me regarding test results. Not sure if this is her or her office staff, but if I have any kind of abnormal result, I shouldn't have to hunt you down to find out about it, or hear at my next appointment, "Well, someone should have called to tell you that xyz was wrong...." Very frustrating and actually unsafe.

Straight forward doctor. Asks a lot of questions, but makes a very fast examination. The office lacks some technology. Regardless of those points, I think I will give Doctor Pilshchik a second try, she seemed to be a good professional, but not one that makes you feel comfortable. As for my appointment, I called to the clinic to confirm - I received the confirmation two days prior to my app., but when I arrived at the place I was not on the system. Luckly I had the confimation from ZocDoc and the proof I called the clinic two days before on my phone, so they added me to be seen the same day. Needless to say that I had to wait a little less than one hour to be seen.

Lina and the staff were really polite and very fast! I went in for an annual exam. I was seen 5 minutes early and was out of the office about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

She is by far the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to and the office staff was unbelievably disrepectful. First off, my appointment was scheduled for 10AM and I did not get in to see the doctor until 12:15. Mind you, the office was not busy, so I don't know what took so long but the staff nor the doctor even apologized for the wait. The staff didn't understand how to bill my insurance (BCBS) and told me I would have to figure it out on my own. When I ggot into see the doctor, she asked me if I need any refills on any medications I was taking, and she didn't even ask what I was taking them for; I could have lied to her for all she knew!! She had a very cold bedside manner as well. I told her that I had been seeing an endocrinologist for PCOS and that I was told I should make an appointment to get an ultrasound. I told her I had been having abnormal, severe abdominal pains recently , but when she did the ultra sound, it only took her five seconds and her response was "Well, I don't know what it could be. Maybe it will just go away." So, I waited for over two hours, for an appointment that took maybe five minutes. And when I came out of the exam room, I was told to wait at the front desk to schedule my next appointment, but that it would take a few minutes so to wait EVEN LONGER. This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this doctor/practice to anyone!!

This appointment was for a regular annual checkup. I felt the wait time was unacceptable. I was told to come in 15min early to complete paperwork, which I did. Then I only saw the doctor over 30min after my scheduled appointment time (this was excluding the time I saw the lab tech who took some more information). I liked her, but found her a little distant as I felt she was merely asking information to complete her "checklist" as opposed to establishing a true rapport. Would I go again? Yes, gynae appointments are never going to be a fantastic experience, but I liked her enough to stick with her.

The wait was long because I made an appointment through ZocDoc and received a confirmation email but the receptionist told me that you also have to call the office to confirm so they put you on the schedule. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Pilshchik was knowledgeable and was reassuring when she answered my questions.

I'm a new patient. The staff was great. I was in and out in 35 minutes! Love that. She did a through breast exam, contrary to other reviews. Not the warmest doctor I've ever met, but I like her and the office.

I saw Dr. Pilshckik for my annual exam. She did not give me a breast exam which is a huge OBGYN red flag. I also was not contacted with my results but given a website to check. My results were posted over a month later.

Dr Pilshchik was excellent. She was professional, warm and quick with the examination! The downside is the lab they used lost my test sample, which I am absolutely furious about! For this reason I'd hesitate to go back, essentially my 90 minutes away from work were wasted AND so was my copay!

I have seen Dr. Pilshchik twice, and she is both very informative and professional. I have never seen a OB/GYN before, and she made sure to explain what she was doing, and made me feel comfortable. Her staff is also very helpful and good at making their patients feel comfortable as well.

I am all about efficiency. I came in for a routine screening and to get an RX for the birth control I have been using for some time. I saw Lina in about 15 mins. The whole ordeal was over by 30 mins from my appt. time. I very much appreciate being in and out of there so quickly for an annual visit. My only issue is with the reception who took some time before she processed my payment. Though, it was super busy, so I understand.

I went in for an annual appointment. I was seen immediately, and Pilschik went over my medical history with me in person, which I appreciated more than the new patient form that I am accustomed to filling out. The overall appointment was less than ten minutes. It was great to get back to work that quickly, but left me a little unsettled that she didn't even do a breasst exam. I'm 25, so it's probably not necessary, but I hope she is not skipping aspects to decrease wait time. Over all, she is quick, efficient, friendly and very knowledgable.

My wait time was minimal, the staff was gracious and pleasant. Dr Pilshcik was delayed because she was delivering a baby but I was given the option of seeing Dr. Wirth who was great. He didn't rush through the appointment at all and talked extensively about my options. I will certainly be returning to this practice for my followup and routine care.

She was okay, I've been there twice, she seemed to be in a rush both times. I didn't feel very comfortable to be honest. I asked if she's going to do a breast exam and she said no they do it after 30. I am not that far off and my previous gyno always used to do it.

Doctor visit was ok but followups were terrible. She did a few tests but I haven't received any results for almost a month. Called back a couple of times and the staff just kept saying that she is really busy and will return the call later, but she never returns any calls. I would look for some other doctor if I were you. Avoid at all costs.

I really liked her and all the questions she asked about my health. But I would have liked her to be more personal and not so cold. Once we went in the room for the exam, she did not relax me it was to fast in and out if you know what I mean and it hurt a little.

She was ok before the exam, She spoke with me for a few minutes, asked a few questions & answered a few questions before we went into the exam room. The exam itself lasted about a few seconds. It was a very impersonal, it was more like of a lets get this over with. It seems like she does this, to accomodate more patients per hour. I work in medical field, so I know the more patients you see the more you can bill out for & get paid. I was not feeling it at all. Her staff was very blah & they all gave off that they were tired & just dragging by as the day went along. Her front desk staff tried to collect a copay from me & were insistent that I had one, when I told them I clearly verified my benefits the day before, & for annual exams I did not have one. If they would have verified prior to me coming in & not went off what the card stated(as every specialty is different when it comes to billing) there would not have been any issues. Overall, I dont really think I would keep that practice as my primary.

It was my first visit and it was great. Super friendly staff, which is hard to find and loved that before we did the exam I got to go through any questions with the doctor- she was patient (didn't feel rushed) and knowledgeable.

Dr. Pilshchik is warm and knowledgeable. (And stylish!) Her staff is sort of no-nonsense and I've been there twice now and have not had to wait at all either time. I also found it nice that the atmosphere was not catered only toward pregnant women--how some places have family magazines, baby photos on the wall, etc. In fact, both times I've gone I've noticed there were some pregnant and some young non-pregnant women in the office. I would think Dr. P would be a wonderful choice no matter who you are.

She was a caring, professional doctor who took time to answer all my questions and was gentle in her examination. The only thing I found a little strange was the lack of privacy in the office. The nurse left the door open (facing the waiting room) while asking me a series of personal questions. The staff seemed to do this for all the patients. It was a little strange. Otherwise, mu experience was good. The office is comfortable and everyone is friendly.

Dr. Pilshcik is very kind and knowledge. I felt at ease with her. Her front desk and assisting staff was unprofessional and does not seem to recognize that it is a place of business and discretion. They need to more attentive to the patients as well as respectful.

Dr. Pilshchik was a great listener, very knowledgeable and thorough. The office was clean. Staff was extremely efficient. I have recommended her to at least 3 colleagues already. I was able to run to the appointment straight from a business meeting - have a very thorough appointment including consultation, exam, pap, blood tests and scripts - all within 45 minutes - then on to a business dinner. Great!!!

I had trouble scheduling a soon-enough appointment with my general physician and decided to look for available appointments on zocdoc. Dr. Pilshchik's practice came up and I had no trouble scheduling the appointment. Once there, everyone treated me with respect and courtesy. It was quick and simple, and the office made me feel like everyone had a good idea of what was going on (which is rare). This was an overall very positive experience.

Dr. Lina Pilshchik is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional doctor in this field. I felt comfortable with her from the start. The staff worked efficiently with the doctor; only one caveat on staff: know which vein you prefer to have your blood drawn from as one of the staffers poked me in the wrong one... ouch!... and had to poke again in the other arm, from the more prominent vein.

I really enjoyed Lina her self but was not too pleased with the office staff. They nurse that took my vitals seemed detracted and did listen when I told her information. As I left three office staffers were just standing around in the hallway talking and it all seemed unprofessional.

Wonderful wonderful doctor. The office staff were very nice, no wait at all, and she explains everything. You meet with her in her office before you even go in for your exam. Can't recommend her enough. I was out in less than 20 minutes!
