Got there and the front desk and staff was very friendly and nice. The doctor saw me in under half an hour which was great.

She was ok before the exam, She spoke with me for a few minutes, asked a few questions & answered a few questions before we went into the exam room. The exam itself lasted about a few seconds. It was a very impersonal, it was more like of a lets get this over with. It seems like she does this, to accomodate more patients per hour. I work in medical field, so I know the more patients you see the more you can bill out for & get paid. I was not feeling it at all. Her staff was very blah & they all gave off that they were tired & just dragging by as the day went along. Her front desk staff tried to collect a copay from me & were insistent that I had one, when I told them I clearly verified my benefits the day before, & for annual exams I did not have one. If they would have verified prior to me coming in & not went off what the card stated(as every specialty is different when it comes to billing) there would not have been any issues. Overall, I dont really think I would keep that practice as my primary.

It was my first visit and it was great. Super friendly staff, which is hard to find and loved that before we did the exam I got to go through any questions with the doctor- she was patient (didn't feel rushed) and knowledgeable.

Dr. Pilshchik is warm and knowledgeable. (And stylish!) Her staff is sort of no-nonsense and I've been there twice now and have not had to wait at all either time. I also found it nice that the atmosphere was not catered only toward pregnant women--how some places have family magazines, baby photos on the wall, etc. In fact, both times I've gone I've noticed there were some pregnant and some young non-pregnant women in the office. I would think Dr. P would be a wonderful choice no matter who you are.

I had an appt. yesterday with Dr. Pilshchik and she was great! Really nice and informative. Her staff was very pleasant and attentive as well. Wait time was about 10 minutes, very reasonable.

Dr. Lena was professional, kind, and cheerful. Her nurses were especially friendly and pleasant. Also, the wait time was nothing; I was seen at the exact time of my appointment, if not before!

She had a short consultation with me before the exam that made me feel much more comfortable. I wish she had been a bit more communicative during the exam, but overall I felt comfortable and was very pleased with the appointment.

Dr. Pilshchik was wonderful! This is the first doctor I have been to since moving to NYC, and this was an amazing experience! I've already recommended her to women in my office. Everyone that works at the doctor's office is so friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable! A great experience and I will definitely go back to Dr.Pilshchik :)

I went to see Dr. Pilshchik because my regular doctor was out of town. I liked her so much I might switch to her! Very friendly and professional, good office staff, extremely clean and modern office. And you can get test results through their secure website! First doctor I've had that does that.

Dr. Pilshchik's office was a pleasure from the moment I walked into the door. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the "check-in" process with other members of the staff was very efficient. The office was very personable, and I would highly recommend this office.

She was a caring, professional doctor who took time to answer all my questions and was gentle in her examination. The only thing I found a little strange was the lack of privacy in the office. The nurse left the door open (facing the waiting room) while asking me a series of personal questions. The staff seemed to do this for all the patients. It was a little strange. Otherwise, mu experience was good. The office is comfortable and everyone is friendly.

Dr. Pilshcik is very kind and knowledge. I felt at ease with her. Her front desk and assisting staff was unprofessional and does not seem to recognize that it is a place of business and discretion. They need to more attentive to the patients as well as respectful.

Dr. Pilshchik was a great listener, very knowledgeable and thorough. The office was clean. Staff was extremely efficient. I have recommended her to at least 3 colleagues already. I was able to run to the appointment straight from a business meeting - have a very thorough appointment including consultation, exam, pap, blood tests and scripts - all within 45 minutes - then on to a business dinner. Great!!!

I had trouble scheduling a soon-enough appointment with my general physician and decided to look for available appointments on zocdoc. Dr. Pilshchik's practice came up and I had no trouble scheduling the appointment. Once there, everyone treated me with respect and courtesy. It was quick and simple, and the office made me feel like everyone had a good idea of what was going on (which is rare). This was an overall very positive experience.

Dr. Lina Pilshchik is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional doctor in this field. I felt comfortable with her from the start. The staff worked efficiently with the doctor; only one caveat on staff: know which vein you prefer to have your blood drawn from as one of the staffers poked me in the wrong one... ouch!... and had to poke again in the other arm, from the more prominent vein.

I really enjoyed Lina her self but was not too pleased with the office staff. They nurse that took my vitals seemed detracted and did listen when I told her information. As I left three office staffers were just standing around in the hallway talking and it all seemed unprofessional.

Wonderful wonderful doctor. The office staff were very nice, no wait at all, and she explains everything. You meet with her in her office before you even go in for your exam. Can't recommend her enough. I was out in less than 20 minutes!

She was alright, but her nurse walked into and out of the room while I was being examined... there was no curtain in front of the doorway- it made me very uncomfortable! I also waited for over an hour to be seen.

I had my annual exam in 45 minutes (including all the bloodwork, etc.). It was great! The staff was very professional. I was never kept waiting for anything, and Dr. Pilshik was extremely competent and skilled!
