I had a great experience with Dr. Travis. She spent plenty of time with me talking about my dermatological and medication histories. Unlike a lot of dermatologists I've encountered, she actually listened to my concerns and opinions instead of just talking over me and being dismissive. She was very pleasant. Her office staff was very nice and easy to work with. I was seen in less than 5 minutes of completing my paperwork. Highly recommend!

So far, we are in the process of determining what it is wrong with me. However, from my initial experience, I can mention that Dr.Travis was very thorough, attentive and respectful.

Seems like a well-run operation. On my two visits the office has been quite calm and low hassle. The zodoc system seems well integrated and appointments are confirmed quickly. The doctor and her assistants are personable and focused on the task at hand. There were no attempts to push any products or services. All-in-all a good experience.

Dr. Travis took the time to give me an extremely thorough exam. She has a very good, professional manner,she was thoughtful about the questions I asked, and she did not hasten me into unnessary procedures that would put money in her pocket. The wait time was very short - the office staff very friendly and helpful.

Not as thorough as I had hoped. The appoitment was kind of quick and she asked general questions, when I thought she would have to specific since I had visited her for a hair loss problem at 25 which I hope is not as common as she seemed to believe.Otherwise the staff was nice and the appoitment was quick.

A bright, warm, professional physician who clearly took the time to read my medical history before entering the room. She's a good listener, has a reasonable appoach, and at long last I have found a dermatologist in Manhattan!

Great experience. THE OFFICE: nice building across from central park, helpful doorman, nice professional waiting room. THE STAFF: very friendly and easy going. WAIT TIME: She took me immediately. THE DOCTOR: Lovely woman. Kind, peaceful, caring demeanor. She explained things to me in a very helpful way that made me feel confident in her assessment and concern for my overall well being. She was most helpful in asking questions about my lifestyle and actually recommending NOT to do certain procedures, since the benefit would be small and there would be a minuscule risk for a woman who might be pregnant. It was clear that my overall health was her greatest motivation, and drumming up extra "business" did not factor in at all - this is something I've experienced with other dermatologists. She cared to get a perspective of my overall health. An excellent experience.
