Dr. Loft is great - his office is run very smoothly, I hardly ever wait at all and he attends to his patients in a timely manner, and kindly, and really explains his dianosis.

I went to Dr. Loft 11 years ago and just came back and he saw me that day. I had sinus surgey in 2000 to treat my chronic sinusitis. The surgery eliminated the infections from 1 a month to 1 a year and also eliminated all facial pain and migraines i was having...He solved the issues that my primary care couldn't treat. I highly recommend him and would recommend sinus surgery to anyone suffering from chronic sinusitis, despite what Internet blogs say, from my experience the laser surgery works!!!!

Dr. Loft is an exceptionally professional and fine doctor. I visited Dr. Loft with cauliflower ear resulting from contact sports. He immediately and accurately diagnosed my condition, provided expert advice, and treated it right away. Along with one of his highly professional staff members, Dr. Loft removed the excess fluid from my ear in a highly modern, comfortable, and clean facility. I was very happy with the treatment and recommend him very highly.

Incredibly efficient office. Saw Dr Loft for an evaluation, got a hearing test with one of his associates, saw Dr Loft again to go over results and get treatment, and was out the door and headed to the pharmacy within 30 minutes. Never felt rushed either. I waited longer to get my meds at Duane Reade. Would recommend this office.

I've truly never had a better experience at a specialist's office. Dr. Loft was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, smart as hell and helped me get better in time to go on my honeymoon, which meant the world to me. I would recommend Dr. Loft without hesitation.

We thought he was fantastic, and didn't mess around with frivolous info. He got to the point, gave us important info, prescriptions, helped us find another specialist, all in under 15 minutes. One tiny, minor complaint was that he said while they are very accomodating to ZocDoc patients, they also make the office run behind on other appointments. Hmm. I would highly recommend this doctor and office though. The nurses and receptionists were outstanding as well.

Great experience over all. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early (since I was a new patient) and filled out all the necessary forms (4 forms if I recall). The receptionist was very pleasant. She asked to take my picture since all of their files are electronic, which I did not mind at all. Dr. Loft's medical assistant came to get me like 3 minutes before my scheduled appointment and took me in to the examination room. She seems to be a little rough around the edges...but she was curteous and professional. I think Dr. Loft walked in the door 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. He was very pleasant as well and VERY professional and knowledgeable (as should be expected). He was thorough with taking my history and went the extra mile and did all of the necessary tests. He prescribed me some new drugs for my chronic sinus issues and Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. Seeing as how I have chronic issues I will likely see him in the future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT.

I saw Dr. Loft for a consultation on my sinus problems. Dr. Loft cuts right to the point and makes sure that you are with him on the examination, procedures, explanation and treatment. He seemed rushed, but I am always happy to see a doctor who focuses quickly and effectively on the patient at hand without sacrificing the fundamental dialogue of a diagnosis.

Dr. Loft was very helpful in explaining the deviated septum procedure which I was going to undergo. He preformed a successful surgery and the next day saw me to take the stuffing out. This is day 3 after surgery and my nose is still quite stuffy as I must still breathe through my mouth at night which sucks, but Dr. Loft did tell me this would be a side effect up to a week unfortunately. But Dr. Loft and his staff are very personable and friendly, the office is very clean, and I would definitely recommend him.
