She was uncaring too busy writing to even listen to me. I am not starting treatment with her. She was very cold.

doctor was a great listener; offered valuable, contextual advise; initiated a plan to help solve current problems faced.

She was nothing more than a miserable, mean old woman, who by the way, couldn't look less like the picture on her profile, maybe that was her 30 yrs and 100 lbs ago. She barely looked up at me while busy looking at her computer. She did not respond to anything I said and made it very uncomfortable for me just sitting there while it seemed like she was hardly paying attention. She hardly spoke English and when I would ask her to repeat something she would repeat it in a way that made me feel as though I was an idiot for not being able to understand someone who barely spoke the language. By far the worst professional in any walk of life that I've encountered, ever.

Wonderful doctor. Very nice man working the front desk. Excellent customer service at 11pm on a Saturday night. I was impressed.
