My experience with Dr. Shammas was excellent. She listened to my concerns and genuinely seemed to care about me. The office staff was pleasant and helpful. I am happy I found a new doctor since moving to LA. She is awesome!
Dr. Shammas was awesome! She was very caring and spent long enough time with me to go over my medical history and such. She's unlike any other doctors I've seen who spends 5 minutes in the room and leaves right away. I'd definitely go back to her!
One of the best experiences that I have had at a Doctor's appointment. Dr Shammas is extremely knowledgable and has a wonderful bedside manner......sweet and a true professional. Her assistant Loreanna is a perfect compliment as well.
She was fantastic. Really listened to me, never made me feel rushed, and I even had to call her later for a medication switch, she took care of it immediately! I will definitely be back.

Had my appointment this morning with Dr. Shammas who was exactly how others described her. Prompt, professional, thoughtful, personable, not rushed, etc. Her assistant Loreanna was also impressive. I am optimistic that Dr. Shammas will be a great primary doctor for me for many years to come. So far so good.

Having recently moved to LA and needing a new Primary physician I came across Dr. Malamud Zacca-Shammas postive reviews. I am so happy to have chosen her. She is indeed an amazing person, very engaging, knowledgeable, calm and motherly displaying a sense of genuine care and concern for my health and well being. Not only was I seen within five minutes of my arrival but there is ample free public parking across the street. Who can ask for any better?!! :)

I have been looking for a Doctor like Dr Shammas for many years and so happy to have found her through Zoc Doc. I did not feel rushed, as in other offices, and staff is excellent-warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable with this Doctor--all concerns were addressed and referrals given per my request.

I am very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Shammas. She is intelligent, friendly, and tech-savvy! She explained everything clearly without being rushed.
She was very personable. She made me feel as comfortable as I could be, while wearing a paper gown with my knees apart and feet in stirrups. She explained everything she was doing, and even offered to send my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice to save me the trip. I was especially impressed with how efficient she was, using her iPad to quickly enter my medical history.

I was postponing finding a new Primary Care Physician for as long as possible but I had read positive reviews for Dr. Shammas and wanted to give her a try. Not only was the transition a seamless one but I found myself preferring Dr. Shammas to my previous PCP. She is incredibly thorough and addressed all of my thoughts and concerns (and believe me, I had plenty). Her friendly demeanor and knowledgeable insights made the entire experience a pleasant one. Looking forward to having her as my doctor in the future. : )

This was my first doctor's visit living in Los Angeles and rarely go to the doctor, and my appointment couldn't have gone better. Dr. Shammas was very welcoming and made sure to listen to what I had to say, inquired not only about my current ailments but also gave some good advice about other concerns, and made sure to order the prescriptions I needed while I was still in the room - from her iPad. :P She even offered to write me a doc's note for missing so much work :) I'll be coming back!

She was very helpful and knowledgable. She really thought about all my symptoms and tested for multiple causes to my issues. I had to get my blood drawn for my tests and the woman that drew my blood was amazing. Definitely the best bedside manner and technique I have ever experienced.
She is very kind and informative. I am making her my primary car giver.
The office staff greeted me when I enter the office. They brought me to an exam room with in minutes. Dr. Shammas came in to meet me and said she was finishing another appoinment and would be back shortly. Dr.Shammas has a very calming voice and manner. She went through my history that I sent in with my forms prior to the appointment. The exam was thorough and Dr. Shammas answered my all my questions. I would recommend her to family and friends

The front desk receptionists: Much to be desired--not friendly, barely acknowledge patients as them come in (a brief "Hello" or "good afternoon" would suffice)--one was texting on her smartphone and I got the sense they simply would ignore you if you didn't stand directly in ftont of them and stare. Dr. Shammas' individual assistant; however, was a completely different story--she was friendly, cordial, welcming, and caring. Dr. Shammas was also pleasant and very efficient in processing in-take/paperwork and made a great personal face-to-face connection. Dr. Shammas was very focused, considerate, and ultimately a great listener during my visit (something rare these days in a time where doctors sometimes book crowded schedules, hurriedly write prescriptions, and rush you out the door). Dr. Shammas was superbly thorough in taking account all of my symptoms to determine the cause of my illness (without performing a culture/test). She was outstanding! Parking is tricky though--there are a few metered parking spots on nearby streets, but only for 1 hour max.
