While visiting San Francisco, I became sick and went to see Dr. Leung. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He listened and took notes about my symptoms. Had no problems with insurance. The staff was friendly as well.

Dr. Leung was extremely abrupt -- the entire appointment lasted less than 5 minutes, and it was an initial visit to have a fairly severe ear infection looked at. Competent, but the office seems to be a little bit of a factory.

Dr. Leung is highly professional in his practice. His credentials are impressive and his willingness to explain the details without making you feel rushed is quite endearing. The wait was under ten minutes and the staff were exceptional. I highly recommend his service and he is now my go to ENT specialist.
