Dr. Marc Rankin MD

Dr. Rankin and his staff were excellent. From the person that greeted me to the person that processed me out, I had a wonderful experience. I truly understand my ailment, the cause, and what I need to do heal. I highly recommend Dr. Rankin and his staff for your orthopedic concerns.

I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and waited over and hour to see him. I even asked if he was running behind about 30 minutes in and the staff said no. I certainly would have appreciated some more communication. Then I was in the waiting room and getting xrays for the next hour. That said, Dr. Rankin when he did come to see me was very good. he knew just what questions to ask, clearly explained the medical definitions and what I was experiencing and went through all the options for me, and what I could and could not do with my knee. I would not hesitate to recommend him, but was very disappointed with how the wait and office part of the visit was handled. I was also glad that they did Xray's on site, instead of having to go to another location, and the radiologist was quick and good.
