Dr. Marisa Potter MD

She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She has a great personality and I never felt rushed. She answered all of my questions and suggested that we do a thorough checkup. I will definitely be back and will make sure to refer her to everyone I know.

Managed to lose my ZocDoc checkin info, a 9:30 AM appointment didn't begin until almost 10, felt a little rushed.

I waited less than 30 minutes and I was actually early. The office is very cool and Marisa was chill, too.

Very nice and personable. Really listened to what I told her. The office is lovely, though small. Very clean, very friendly front desk and assistants. Generous and understanding. I'd go out of my way to see her again.

First encounter and very positively impressed. Dr Potter was very considerate of the patient (our daughter) and mindful of expense. Listened well and communicated clearly when explaining the medical details and prognosis.

She was nice and professional. Felt a little rushed, and she didn't say much. Got kind of straight to it and then prescribed meds. Overall, spent about 5 minutes with her and waited about 30 to see her. She did answer any questions that I had. Seeing her again soon

Probably a competent Doctor, but both her and the staff's bedside manner and actual interest in you as more than a source of income was next to zero.

Unfortunately, I won't be going back to this office. I had a rash on my hands for a while now and already went to another doctor a year ago to get it treated. But the rash came back so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Potter came in after making me wait more than thirty minutes to barely look at my hand and prescribe me the same cream I used before. Worst part about my experience at this office is the fact I received a bill in the mail. I specifically asked the front desk if I owed any money and they told me no. Why should I have to be surprised with a bill in the mail for a visit that was less than five minutes with the doctor? Will not be going back.
