The mission of Midwest Health Center (MHC) is to promote the health and wellbeing of each individual served by providing accessible, patient-centered, sensitive and comprehensive high-quality medical care.
The vision of MHC is to provide an atmosphere that encourages patients to be active participants in their own health care. We strive to be not only providers of the health care but also advocates for our patients at all levels of the health care system.
Our model of comprehensive medical care consists of individualized treatment of the variety of health conditions and ongoing prevention efforts. We integrate alternative and conventional modalities of healing.
