Outstanding, as always!

I highly recommend Dr. Yousefi. I was taken back to a room on time, a nurse asked me the standard questions, and then Dr. Yousefi was in within 5 minutes. We discussed my adult acne issues and she gave me a series of options and their likelihood of success. I was pleasantly surprised that she actually cared what I thought about each of the options when determining what would be best for me. Dr. Yousefi also did my annual skin screening at this visit, checking every inch of skin (even between toes). Overall Dr. Yousefi was very personable and pleasant; I didn't at all feel hesitant to ask her about any of my concerns. I also didn't feel rushed. Great experience!

Dr. Yousefi is great, but the last two times I have gone there was a 30 and 45 minute wait time. It would be helpful if they were to call their appointments to let them know there are delays.

This was for my 9 year old. The wait was a bit long with elementary school aged kids. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a very noisy machine running. The doctor was cordial and listened. She said herself she didn't know what the problem was nor what caused it. She prescribed for the symptoms. She's hoping that treating the symptoms will fix the problem. We'll see... I would give her another try because at this point it's hard to judge of her competency.

She takes her time and explains things very clearly.

Quick, easy, polite

Dr. Yousefi was great; she took time to do a thorough evaluation and listen to my concerns. After being on a topical cream for years (from another dermatologist), Dr. Yousefi warned me that it was NOT to be used continuously or on the face, etc. She re-filled that prescription and gave me an alternative to start incorporating. After the appointment I thoroughly read the drug literature that comes with the drugs and, lo and behold, there are warnings galore about the dangers of using the cream regularly. Since I'd been on it since childhood it never occurred to me to second-guess my previous doctor, I'm so glad Dr. Yousefi pointed this out to me.

She was great. The only drawback to the whole visit was that the office waiting room smelled sort of bad (like smoke), but I think it was just the person sitting next to me because I didn't notice it once he left.

Legitimately my only complaint was that the office was very warm (they were blasting the heat). But Dr. Yousefi was extremely professional and very quick, but thorough. I would definitely recommend her and will be visiting her again in the future.

I really think that she helped me. I don't think I had any severe case. I have shall I say mild adult acne and want to treat it as well as a rash that was found out to be eczema. All and all it was okay.

I went to see Dr. Yousefi for one diagnosis and she also gave recommendations for a secondary issue. I would recommend her.

Great dermatologist! She's friendly and doesn't rush the appointment. I'm very happy with the Botox and Restylane treatments I've received. I have other dermatologists in the area and will definitely stay with Dr. Yousefi.

Her office and her staff were very pleasant. However, when I had questions for the doctor about the skin condition she said she thought I had, she wrote it down so I could "google" it... Do you know what googling medical conditions for information does to people?! Since it's a reoccurring condition, I have no idea if she even diagnosed correctly.

Based on all the great reviews on ZocDoc (but coincidentally, not elsewhere as I've now seen), I was really looking forward to seeing Dr. Yousefi. I've had acne scarring/hyperpigmentation problems for many years and this is the first time I was seeing a dermatologist for it. I've been extremely self-conscious about it for a long time and wear heavy foundation to cover it up. I research potential options often and try OTC products, to no avail. I finally wanted to do something about it even though seeing a dermatologist was an expensive option for me - as such, I was both apprehensive and a little nervous but optimistic for this appointment. The visit to Dr. Yousefi was really disappointing. The receptionists are unfriendly and almost rude, barely address you or answer questions. Dr. Yousefi seems very detached, uncaring, and rushed. I barely had time to tell her what I wanted fixed and she would talk over me every time I tried to explain anything. She also made it seem like there was little to no hope for part of the problem (scarring) - wasn't even open to discussing options and very quickly and casually prescribed a cream for the hyperpigmentation that she said may or may not work. It felt like a very generic solution, she asked almost no questions, and looked at my face for all of 2 minutes. I felt like I couldn't even explain to her how upsetting this skin condition was for me and discuss options. When I came home, I googled a bunch of potential options for these problems, none of which she suggested or even brought up with me. I left feeling very much like I had wasted a lot of money for nothing and very disheartened, like there's no hope for my skin problems. Really discouraged. I hope this cream works - it's not covered by my insurance... but I would not return or recommend to others.

I have been to 5 or 6 different dermatologists over the years in several states and countries. I put Dr Yousefi at the top of the list. She is attentive, informative, thorough, good natured and efficient. The office is clean and tidy and the staff is friendly and on the ball. Highly recommended.

I really like going to Dr. Yousefi. She is very approachable and makes you comfortable to ask any questions that you have. She never rushes you out and makes detailed notes so that she can track your progress. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Dr. Yousefi was kind and patient with both my 3-year old son and me. She was able to see both of us at the same time even though I did not have an appointment for myself and requested to see her when I arrived for my son's appointment. She listened to all of my concerns and was very helpful without pushing me into any procedures. I will definitely bring all of my family members to her in the future.

Dr. Yousefi was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. She made well-reasoned recommendations and explained why she preferred one course of action over another. The only critique I would make is that I felt like she was a little rushed and therefore didn't offer any suggestions outside of her responses to my questions.

I couldn't have been happier with my appointment w/ Dr. Yousefi. I went for an annual skin screening (my first ever). I obviously had no idea what to look for but I knew it was a good idea to have a checkup just to be on the safe side. Dr Yousefi explained what to look for when self-examining my skin, what was of concern and what wasn't, how often I would need screenings and preventative measures. She was thorough but not overly clinical, treating me like an actual person, not just another patient. I highly recommend Dr. Yousefi to anyone needing a dermatologist or skin consultation!

Less than 5 minute wait. Love how she didn't push an oral antibiodic and pointed me to OTC medications with the same efficacy and less cost than prescription.

I'm super forgetful and had a multiple bumps in the road with my medications, they definitely went out of the way for me and helped me get back on track with everything. Highly recommended!

I thought she was very sweet. But I just went in for a screening and walked out with several prescriptions that just weren't necessary. I have definitely had more thorough skin screenings.

Dr Marjan yousefi was very professional and pleasant. She addressed all my questions, explained to me all my options and let me choose from one of them. My only concern was from the front desk receptionist who seemed more concerned about answering her cellphone than taking care of the patients... She didn't even ask if I wanted to schedule my follow up exam! Other than that, I am highly pleased with my experience with Dr. Marjan Yousefi and would defintely recommend her to my friends! + any DR who uses ZOCDOC deserves a 5 star in my book!

After reading reviews for Dr. Yousefi on here, I decided to make an appt to see her. She's courteous, professional and I would definitely recommend her. Dr. Yousefi performed a yearly screening for me. She located a mole that needed to be removed and performed the removal surgery. She contacted me promptly when results were in to let me know I didn't need to worry. She also saw my husband for a screening and we were both very happy with our care.

It was my second visit and it went great. Very helpful and was able to answer my questions and take care of a condition I decided to ask about before I left the office. Will definitely continue to see her.

Dr. Yousefi saw my daughter several months ago and was easily able to relate to a teenager. Her bedside manner is the main reason I scheduled an appointment for myself! I had to wait in the appointment room for over 30 minutes! The doctor was apologetic, but I would have appreciated a staff member letting me know there were "issues" with the previous patient. Very quick when she came to see me- didn't let me ask questions and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask a few questions.

Very professional, not over friendly but not at all cold. Listened to my concerns, took in-depth notes of previous history/medications, while noting all possible treatments. Gave samples of new products. The new office is clean, yet still seemingly cluttered as she shares the office with a Chiropractor. The office entrance is through the back and you are let in via intercom. Parking is readily available for 2 hour spots on the street at her Arlington office.

Dr. Yousefi performed a thorough skin exam and took my cancer concerns and family history seriously. She offered sound follow-up recommendations as well. She was very pleasant, not rushed, and even helped to calm my baby, who was acting fussy during the exam.

Really didn't help me address the pros/cons of different medications. Felt like it was up to me to figure it out. My primary care physician was more helpful. Staff also was unprofessional, spent more time gossiping than helping.

Efficient and friendly

Although I only went to see Dr. Yousefi to get a second opinion, I found everything about this visit to be far superior to my current dermatologist (almost no wait time, Dr. Yousefi took her time with me to ensure I understood my skin condition, she is accessible and easy-to-talk to, etc.) An all around wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her. I am inclined to switch doctors to make her my regular dermatologist.

Dr. Yousefi was warm and friendly, and highly professional. She gave me a thorough examination and kept me informed as she went. I will definitely go to see her again should I have a concern or for an annual check-up, whichever comes first.

This is my family's third year with Dr. Yousefi. We are receiving the same quality of care and level of expertise and support as we have in the past. She is progressive without being unduly aggressive, always allowing time for a patient's questions or concerns to be addressed.

I was told i would be given samples of the drug to try prior to using the prescription, but i did not get any. Just a coupon as the medicine is very expensive. Otherwise, my condition really offers no cure, so there was not anything for the doctor to do.

The building that the Arlington office is in was not what I was expecting, but the office itself is very nice. Dr. Yousefi saw me right away and was very kind. I would highly recommend her.

I showed up to the office early since I was a new patient and figured I should allow time to fill out paperwork, etc. By the time I finished, they were ready to see me even though my appointment wasn't for another 40 min. Very professional, nice office, positive attitude. She was very thoughtful and asked my opinions on different medications before prescribing me anything. I will definitely be going back.

Dr Yousefi was not knowledgeable about my skin condition. She would only make guesses about the diagnosis and said that there was no cure for my skin problem and that it was just genetic and I needed to accept it. She was also very condescending when it came to light that she couldn't treat me. She did, however, write whatever prescription I requested for the skin condition. I think that she's probably someone you can see if you need some botox and need to get rid of some acne, but if you have a serious chronic skin condition, forget it.

She gave me much more information that my previous doctor. Very successful and pleasant visit.

Although I didn't get to see her right away, Dr. Yousefi was kind enough to stop in and let me know she was on her way! The consultation was quick, friendly, and straight-forward. She was also considerate of the cost of treatment. Overall, kind and helpful.

Only other item is the office is a little hard to find -- it's along the back of the building and not clearly marked. Once you figure that out though, it's not a problem.

Very knowledgeable; gives clear explanations

Dr. Yousefi was very professional, unhurried, easy to talk to, and explained issues in a very clear manner. She noticed something that I had not, and I had her remove and biopsy it. Her touch with this light surgery was delicate and sure.

This clinic caters to plastic surgery. If you want a real doctor that cares I recommend you try some place else. The atmosphere isn't very welcoming. I had a rash on my neck and the lady told me it was eczema without testing it even though i explained to her that I treated it with eczema medication from my daughter. She wrote a prescription which I filled and it didn't clear up the rash. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Yousefi was very nice, professional, and helpful. I did not feel rushed during the appointment. However, I waited for half an hour in the waiting room, and then another half hour in the appointment room, despite arriving 5 minutes early with my paperwork already completed. She responded by apologizing and saying she can't always help the schedule falling behind. Not sure if I'd see her again, though she was very good once I saw her, waiting an hour isn't acceptable.

Dr marjan was excellent. I left her office and was amazed how well the appointment went. She is very nice, and intelligent. She addressed my treatment options along with the honesty of their success. I would recommend her to my friends and family and encourage patients to seek dermatological help from her.

Very professional and addressed all my issues right there including removing painlessly a wart on my face that I thought was a flesh mole. Had several minor issues that she prescribed for dry skin and scalp. She understood black skin and hair issues which I found most non-black doctors don't address. Saw me without a referral which my insurance kaiser didn't provide. I will be back hopefully with a referral! Excellent care.

I had a 9:30 am appointment. I saw her arrive at 9:45 and I wasn't taken to an exam room until 10:10 am.

Very Professional!!

I liked Dr. Yousefi, but when I walked in at 9:58, they told me I was early (my appointment was at 10). They had me down for 11. I showed them my phone where zocdoc had sent me a text confirming my 10am appointment. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait long. My only other reservation is that the office building was kind of hard to figure out - with the address facing the street, but parking in back. I parked in back and walked around to the front, only to find a very small sign stating that the entrance was in the rear. I walked back, and had to ring a doorbell to get in. The inside of the building felt kind of sketchy (pretty, though... just really empty and did not feel like any businesses were actually open). But the actual care I got from Dr. Yousefi was good, and she was very friendly.

We love Dr. Yousefi..she is thorough, professional and very attentive to our needs. You never feel rushed when you visit her. She always takes time to answer your questions. My family has been seen by her for over 3 years now, my son, daughter, myself and now my husband. It was my niece who first referred her to us!

Dr. Yousefi was so pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She let me talk but asked questions too--and made sure to answer any and all of mine. I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough! Also: my appointment was 10 minutes behind schedule (so slight it's almost not worth mentioning except--) she personally apologized to me for running a bit behind schedule. Wonderful doctor!

Dr. Marjan Yousefi was really friendly and professional. She truly was a relief to me, I went in with a bad case of scalp infection and it was so painful and I really had no hope at the time but during our appointment she helped ease my worry and explained my condition in detail and answered all my concerns. After our appointment she prescribed some meds and that same night the cream really helped ease the itchy pain and I actually got a good night's rest! she is excellent and I will be following up with her as well as telling everyone how great she was!
