I'm so glad I picked him! I laughed & I cried during the appointment and he made me feel great during both instances. I completely trust look into my stomach & diagnose me. I was so relieved when I left. The only thing that he may have lost points for had nothing to do with him. The next day I had to schedule an appt for a test but I never received that phone call. This now overshadows much of his qualities, but I still do trust his knowledge.

He was very nice and professional. The office was fairly new and spacious. Did not have to wait long at all to see him either! Definitely recommended!

Ended up having to refer me to a colo-rectal surgeon, but was really wonderful about providing a possible diagnosis and offering his help in getting me to the right people. Very kind, very professional. I really appreciated Dr. Chu's manner.
