“I wanted to be a doctor from a young age, but it wasn’t until I became involved with research that the decision became clear to specialize in allergy, asthma
“My own struggle with allergies over the years has given me an understanding of the discomfort patients face. Many patients are debilitated by their allergic illnesses until effective treatments are initiated. It’s so rewarding to be able to make a difference in people’s lives, especially children’s.
“My work at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where I train allergy and immunology physicians and conduct research, keeps me up-to-the-minute on evolving science and makes me a more informed physician.
“I’m very pleased to be part of a team of physicians who stay on the leading edge of research and healthcare delivery. I can’t imagine practicing medicine any other way.”…
First rate physician, very knowledgeable, very direct. Very professional manner. Great supporting staff.
Paperwork is excessive, multiple forms asking for exactly the same information (medications, prior medical history, insurance coverage, etc.). Do everything you can to make sure that you have received and completed ALL the prior paperwork prior to your first appointment, otherwise expect to spend more than one hour just filling out the forms.

Dr. Glaum is an expert in his field. After seeing numerous doctors three years ago, he was the one to take the steps needed to ultimately save my life. My visit today exceeded my expectations. He took the time to listen to my concerns and helped develop a plan of action for my future healthcare.

I really liked him, he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. His staff is a little challenging as first they messed up my appt. and they had to reschedule. When I looked at the reminder notice it had me going to a different address. I called them this morning to confirm where they had scheduled me and their computers were down so they couldn't tell me where I was going. Fortunately my appt. was in the afternoon which gave them time to find out and call me back with the correct location.
