This was my first visit to the location and meeting with Dr. Melrose. It was unbelievably fast, but still excellent. I have been telling neighbors about him and the office.

Dr. Melrose and the entire Staff at UrgentCare were great. I was in and out in 15 minutes, but didn't feel rushed. I came in with a specific ailment. I told them what I thought it was they tested me for what I though in addition to some other things just in case. 5 minutes later, the test was back, I had a prescription and care instructions in hand and was on my way.

I am a mom of two and live on the UWS. I saw Dr Melrose at Urgent Care Manhattan on 68th and Amsterdam on New Years Day. My General Practitioner was closed for the holiday and I didn't want to wait an extra day because I felt miserable. They got me in to see Dr Melrose right away, and as it turned out I had pneumonia. Their office is very clean and nice. I would def recommend Urgent Care Manhattan if you live in NYC or on the UWS.

He was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He patiently listed to and answered all of my questions. I hated being sick and needing to see a doctor, but he made the experience as pleasant as was possible.

Very professional front desk and modern, clean office. Dr. Melrose has an excellent bedside manner and makes you feel confortable. I'm disappointed that I bothered with Duane Reade urgent care before, when this one has a slightly cheaper consultation fee and is of higher quality. It was expensive and I don't know how much my insurance will reimburse me, so to be continued on that front... I certainly hope this is the doctor's office of the future! I will definitely go back!

Dr. Melrose was excellent! I went in because I wasn't feeling well yesterday and had a lot of pain in my leg. I literally had no wait in the office - just walked right in and saw the doc. He was so friendly and took time to listen to me and check me out. I left feeling confident that nothing was serious and I just had to take it easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Melrose and his urgi-care center to anyone!!
