Very fast and professional. Free cases, saline, whatever you want. Showed up a little late and was still taken care of immediately.

One of the more thorough contact lens fittings I have had. However, I had to wait a long time in the waiting room (they seemed to not know that I had an appointment even though I scheduled it several weeks out).

Dr. Stadlen was very friendly, and very efficient and thorough. Everyone in the office is attentive and very nice. I'm a contact wearer who now has to look into wearing reading glasses and everyone (including Dr. Stadlen) was incredibly helpful without pushing me to buy anything. I was very happy with my appointment across the board and will definitely go back.

Dr. Stadlen is probably the best eye doctor I've seen since I began wearing glasses as a child. He has a pleasant bedside manner, and has a great deal of patience (it takes me forever to read the eye chart). He also diagnosed another problem I've been having with my eyes since I was little and now that has improved immensely. He is a nice guy and very knowledgeable in his field.

Very short wait time. Dr. Mark has a really friendly bedside manner and came highly recommended from people I work with who also live in Astoria. He explained everything to me and worked quickly and efficiently. Very polite staff. The guys behind the counter even helped me find nice-looking frames within my price range! They have a very good warranty on their lenses and frames. All-around a great experience.
