Great experience. Highly recommend this practice.

Quick and easy visit - understood the purpose of my visit and provided a few different treatment options that varied in expense for me to consider. Did not try to push the more expensive treatments, and it really felt like Dr. Barkoff had my best interests in mind.

I thought Dr Barkoff was great. Listened to me thouroughly, took and evaluated X-Rays while I was in treatment room, provided diagnosis, treatment regimen (stretching) and immediate pain relief.

This was my second visit in the past two weeks. Dr. Barkoff knows his stuff. His office is well run and efficient. He was very gentle and made sure to avoid causing any pain. He answered all of my questions.

Dr Barkoff was very professional and addressed my foot issues with great care. I can report that the primary problem was resolved by changes to my shoes and that it does not seem to be serious.

Dr. Barkoff was great; he saw me a few minutes after I arrived, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know.

He was very nice and knowledgable. He could had said I needed surgery and brought his facility money from my insurance, but instead he warned me of the complications that comes with the sergery and recommend it was not worth it for my minor complain. Will def recommend him to anyone I know.

The office was fairly prompt, and the doctor was friendly, but did not spend significant time on my diagnosis, or focusing on the specific issues I brought up, despite a very comprehensive set of paperwork I had to fill out. I did not think this doctor was bad, but he didn't strike me as particularly good either.

My first time meeting with this DPM, he was great. The office was very busy (post storm) and he worked quickly while still making me feel like I had his full attention.

One of the friendliest and efficient Drs office I have ever been in. Dr. Barkoff is so knowledgeable, thorough, informative, and answers any questions. He also teaches you about your issue, the cause, treatment, prognosis. To top it off he's a great guy.

Dr. Barkoff was fantastic. I took a chance by going to him simply off of ZocDoc reviews, and he really was great. I have a bunion along with a few other foot issues, and rather than talk me into expensive custom orthotics, he encouraged me to just get Spenco insoles for now. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

He seemed professional and knowledgeable. I had a minor problem and he was honest about my options, suggesting the least invasive procedure, which I appreciated.

I dont know where he got all his good reviews from, because he wasn't great at all. Maybe because I am a workers comp patient, not sure. He has a sarcastic sense of humor. I was giving him the full backgroung on my pain history and he told me that he cant help me on the other stuff because he is a doctor that specializes on foot problems... like I didn't know that already. Second, his office manager is very reluctant in cooperating with workers comp. The last thing was, how do you send me to physical therapy and then not send the proper paperwork? I am almost certain they wanted to force me to go to the places they want, and not what I want. Overall I did not have a good experience with this doctor or his staff specifically the office manager. Oh and another thing, the office is SUPER small! If this is a place to treat foot pains how is it that there aren't enough seats! Makes no sense! there was a poor lady in a walker standing. Absolutely ridiculous....

Dr. Barkoff is compassionate, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to address each of my concerns/complaints, articulately detailing his diagnosis of each. The office staff is highly attentive to patients' needs. My visit was a pleasure from beginning to end.

There was a bit of a wait, but it was completely worth it. Dr. Barkoff is very knowledgeable and caring. He took his time and didn't make me feel short-changed like many doctors in Manhattan tend to do. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Barkoff was very helpful and informative in diagnosing a problem I've been having for over a year. I've seen other podiatrists about a dance injury; this is the first time I've gotten a clear answer about what the problem is and how to treat it. Other dancers and athletes should see him if they're having foot problems!

I visited the Levittown office. the Doctor and the staff were unbelievably nice. they were knowledgeable, and they treated me like person, not like a patient! They were attentive and fast, and one thing i really loved about Dr. Barkoff is that he kept saying "well, this is the advice I would give you if you were my own sister...." He made the visit personable and seamless. I would DEFINITELY go again, and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who appreciates great customer service.

The wait time wasn't too long even though the waiting area was crowded. Dr. Barkoff listened to my concerns and was thorough in his explanations. I won't hesitate to see him again for a follow-up appointment!

This was my first visit to Dr. Barkoff. I found him from a search through my insurance. Of the multitude of choices I choose Dr. B. as a result of proximity and the review of others. I was not disappointed. As a teacher and parent I was particularly touched when he brought in a student and carefully explained to both myself and her my specific issues. Even though the office was busy, I was in an exam room literally 2 minutes after my scheduled time. (It helps that you can download and fill out the paperwork in advance.) Office staff was pleasant, though businesslike in the busy office. Dr. Barkoff was very pleasant, and he clearly had his attention on me and not his next appointment -- in fact, when we'd finished and he was off to the next exam room, I remembered that I had a quick question about an unrelated issue, and he came right back without hesitation and answered it. I'm not sure how things would have worked if I'd had a more complex problem, but I'm happy to give him the benefit of the doubt. It doesn't look like I'll need a follow-up, but I'll gladly go see Dr. Barkoff again the next time I need a podiatrist.

He was thorough and explained the various reasons why I was having pain. He made a couple of suggestions to elviate and helped me decide the best course of action.
