During my first appointment with Dr. Quan, I immediately noticed his friendly, but somewhat brisk tone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful (even giving me tips on how to get more bang for my buck in NYC drugstores), but unfortunately the member of his team (Bebe) he left to answer my questions when he went to see other patients was not very knowledgeable and could not answer my questions sufficiently after Dr. Quan left the room. I would suggest making sure that all of your questions are answered by Dr. Quan himself (and thoroughly so) before he runs off to see other patients.
