Dr Eng was extremely professional, quick and thorough. He sat down with me, asked questions and asked if I had any after examining me. I felt very comfortable with his practice and staff. Everyone was nice and place is very clean. Again, I can't get over how quickly I was seen. Great friendly practice! I have to follow up with him so hopefully this will be the beginning of a great dr/patient relationship.

I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Eng to my friends and family. He was warm, concerned, caring and had wonderful bedside manners. His office was professional, clean and pleasant.

Dr. Eng is really friendly and thorough. Even though my abdominal pains turned out to not be GI-related, this never would have been determined if Dr. Eng had not done an exhaustive number of tests. The nurses and staff are friendly and very efficient. I would definitely return to Dr. Eng with any future GI problems.

Dr. Eng is lovely and very professional. He has a dynamic bedside manner and really gets to the heart of your concerns. His nursing staff is professional and friendly. What is a concern, however, is the enormous wait time involved with the appointment. I arrived early to fill out paperwork and it took the front desk staff over an hour to process it and make a chart. Really? That long for a few papers to be placed into a file. They were very nice and courteous, but my suggestion is that you be prepared to wait because that is what you will do. That made the process frustrating for me so it's a toss up in terms of returning. I likely will, because I like Dr. Eng, but I could do without the ridiculous amount of time I spent sitting there. My appointment was at 2:30pm. I was not seen until after 4pm.

He is good and through however he is a little bit neurotic and sent me to the er and said he would make sure they treated me properly 9 hrs later I am still sitting there so I left against medical advice, went to see him the next day and you could tell he was not happy with me, regardless of the poor treatment I had, he made it seem like it was going to be easier because he called ahead, not the case

Very thorough and wonderful bedside manners.Had two normally uncomfortable procedures done with him and they both went smoothly and pleasantly.I highly recommend him and gladly accepted his apology for running behind.

I've been a patient of Dr. Eng's close to 3 years now. He's very thorough, and knows exactly what's needed for the condition you may have. I've also recommended patients to him, and they are very comfortable with Dr. Eng. Thank you Dr.Eng!

Dr. Eng was very friendly and seemed to know his stuff. The office staff and nurse assistant were all nice and efficient. I don't know if I'd make this my go-to practice, though. The office seemed a little run-down.

The doctor is good, his support staff seems a little absentminded, though (i.e. I didn't get a receipt when I paid the copay, they weren't able to verify scheduling when I was leaving)
