First visit. Great personable and detailed manner. Explained the detail behind some of the drugs as well as the anatomy, which i appreciate, as a scientist I like to understand what my Dr is considering and why. Very impressed and feel very confident that I will get top quality care from Dr Ford.

I am an MD so my perspective may be different than that of someone from another profession. Entering as a new patient, first visit I am happy to say that I had a 5 star experience from my initial contact with the reception staff through my signing out process. Dr. Ford is very personable, efficient and thorough. He anticipated questions, discussed options and explained his recommendations. His nurse was just as nice and capable. I booked a new patient appt for my partner on my way out because internists like Dr. Ford are a real find.

Very efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Additionally, his staff (both reception and nurses) were friendly and prompt, and they utilize the newest technology in testing, record keeping, and prescription management.

My visit was FANTASTIC. I am sincerely impressed with Dr. Ford and so thankful to find him as my new PCP! The office staff was great, no wait at all, spotless office. Dr. Ford's bedside manner is exactly what you would want from a doctor, and you can tell that he genuinely cares for his patients and our well-being! I have already recommended him to a friend.

Best doc out there!!!

I haven't been to a doctor in 5+ years so was a bit nervous for my physical. Dr. Ford put me to ease right away and spent much more time with me than I anticipated. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great primary care physician.

Great personality and technologically up to date, you can view your medical information online and correspond with your doc via e-mail which is ultra convenient for re-filling prescriptions, getting referrals and test results since it's through a Weil Connect secure server (haven't tried that yet though).

Dr. Ford is a fantastic physician and a warm, caring person. I cannot say enough good things about my visits with him. Every time I see him, he gives me his full attention and talks through issues very thoroughly. He lets me ask questions, and takes me seriously.

He is an amazing doctor. Listens to you very carefully. I am definitely going back to him.

I was really taken back by how wonderful this initial visit with Dr. Ford was. As other patients have pointed out, Dr. Ford really does listen. He is very personable and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. He actually works with you to address any issues or concerns. I am really happy to have found him and look forward to being his patient. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Ford is honestly great. He was recommended to me initially from a friend and he will undoubtedly be my doctor from here forward. He's thorough, careful, and makes sure to explain everything he does. He's willing to answer any questions that you have and is also hilarious.

Loved Dr. Ford! The office staff was super friendly and Dr. Ford was extremely attentive and spent a lot of time with me understanding my symptoms and thoroughly explaining prescription options. Most doctors are in and out of the room and throw prescriptions at you. Dr. Ford was attentive and truly caring. Best part was I got an appt in the same day. I will definitely be switching to use Dr. Ford as my primary care doctor.

Hadn't been to the doctor for a physical in 3 yrs so I was like here goes... What I found: Facility is state-of-the art. Can access health information online and on iphone. I like that as I am tech person Front office staff is very professional, not the borderline ghetto crew you can sometimes get. Dr. Ford and I had a conversation and I could tell he was trying to establish a connection which he did in the end. Genuinely like this guy.

I saw Dr. Ford for an annual physical and he was fantastic. Caring, interested, smart, intuitive, easy to talk to, took a lot of time to get my entire medical history. The best medical care I can remember receiving - highly recommended!

The visit was great. Dr. Ford was amiable and made me feel very comfortable despite my long hiatus from visiting the doctor's. His nurse was very sweet too.

I agree with all the other comments I have read, in addition he has a very practical way of looking at your overall health situation. Also, if you like to manage your own health along with your doctor the online access to your file is great or a least a new twist to me.

There aren't enough stars and ratings to express how wonderful Dr. Michael Ford is. There is no one better, as far as I am concerned. I had never seen him before, but had a sore throat and was in desperate need of a doctor's care - I didn't have a physician in NYC so I made an appointment on zocdoc. Dr. Michael Ford was incredible from start to finish - he was sympathetic and truly seemed to care about how I was feeling. He explained everything start to finish and slowed down/re-explained things when he could tell I was having trouble understanding. He was passionate and informative and when I asked him about things unrelated to my throat he was happy to discuss and explain. I will be returning to Dr. Ford for a regular physical and look forward to having him as my general physician from here on out. He is the greatest. OH, AND HE'S VERY FUNNY TOO!!!! :-)
