Dr. Michael I. Levine MD

Excellent visit. My kind of doctor. He met with me for 2 hours and patiently answered all of my questions clearly. He went over all my test results with me line by line so that I could understand everything before making decisions about moving forward.

Dr. Levine epitomizes the word "doctor." It was my first visit and he was very easy to talk to. He spent about 90 minutes with me and did a thorough examination. I am ecstatic to have him as my General Practitioner and on my medical team.

Dr. Levine is a very personable and down-to-earth doctor. He took the time (almost 1 hour) to carefully and patiently listen to all of my concerns and to perform the appropriate examinations. Looking back, he reminds me of one of those family doctors in the old movies that provide to their patients such a level of personal attention that seems to be unrealistic in the real life. However, that level of attention and caring REALLY exists and he has proved it by orchestrating an extraodinary consultation and building trust with me. Highly recommended!

I selected this doctor because he had evening hours. However, seeing Dr. Levine as a patient quickly became the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. One of the doctors he referred me to - someone he said he trusted - said there are much better doctors she could refer me to; doctors that she would actually go to herself. I think that says it all.

Found him very thoughtful and easy to talk to.

Dr. Levine really gets to know patients in a holistic manner. He learned about my entire health history and was sure to point out anything that was medical and even psychological in nature. Excellent primary physician!

My experience with the Dr. was pretty good; he had good bedside manner, was thorough and admitted when he didn't know about something. His nurse, however, was very young, unprepared, and seemed to be still learning her field.

Even though the wait was somewhat long, Dr. Levine was COMPLETELY worth it. He was unbelievably friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. He is truly a one-in-a-million. What a great find!

They don't make doctors like this anymore --- he took the time to talk to me, find out my history, and did not rush through the exam in any way.

Dr. Levine is a very good examiner, a very cool person, and very easy to get along with. I felt comfortable the whole check-up, got some good health tips, and talked a lot of baseball! He's always available to be reached by phone or text message.

Dr. Levine was awesome! He addressed all of my concerns, provided great guidance, and made some great recommendations for specialists. Dr. Levine genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients and sees to it that all of your concerns are addressed. Best doctor I have seen since moving to NY.

I Thought Dr. Levine had an excellent personallity and it was clear that he cares about people. He needs to get more into the computer age, but he has that country doctor feel that I really liked. We just talked for 20 minutes before we got to the exam. And Dr. Levine wants his patients to understand his journey, which is a level of honesty that is unique among doctors.

Very friendly and attentive. His solo practice is new, so there is a bit of an improvisational feel to it (he subleases space and his name is not on the floor directory). Nonetheless, he seems like a solid doctor. Definitely someone who listens.
