He was friendly, and definitely knew what he was doing. The staff was also very nice. Unfortunately there was an extremely long wait time, but once the Doctor arrived, things move extremely quickly. I am excited to see how well the treatment works.

Consider Yourself Warned: I waited 2.5 hours on my first visit. Second visit went to get results of biopsy and had to wait almost 2 hours (even though I had the first appointment of the day). He didn't show up to the office until 1:40pm (appointment began at 12pm!!) He is a kind doctor, but takes no responsibility for his own actions. He actually blamed his office staff for his "not being on time" and actually said to me "however this is not a fast food joint where you can roll up and be served right there". Obviously it's not, because no one waits 2.5 hours for a fast food joint. I can not get into how unprofessional he was, but I do give you fair warning. Expect a very nice office, kind staff, ridiculous wait time, humor by the doctor to mask the wait time and unprofessional behavior from the doctor.

I have visited Dr. Jackson 3 times, and have waited over an hour two of the three times. At my last visit, I waited over an hour and a half, then the doctor spent about 5 minutes with me. I had an entire list of questions that I didn't have the chance to ask. Now, after waiting an hour and a half, and paying a pricey co-pay, I'll need to go to a dermatologist again, pay another copay, and repeat the song and dance to get my questions answered.

Dr. Jakson's office was impeccable. He was friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions. He and his staff listened to my concerns and responded accordingly. Hopefully when I return I'll have a clear face and another rave review. The only downside was the wait time, but it was because their computer system was acting up that day.

Dr Jackson is an excellent physician. He speaks with you and to you as a friendly yet understanding professional. Compassionate doctors are few in number. Dr. Jackson definately made the cut. The office staff are kind, the music in the exam room is excelllent and the office is very pleasant.

Loved his professionalism, the decor of the office was pleasant and the staff was very nice.. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early but had a long wait time after placing me in a room.. My overall experience was a plus and i would go back again minus the long wait time...

I chose Dr. Jackson due to the convenience of his office being in the neighborhood. The offices are nice and clean which are a plus. However, I had an extremely frustrating time regarding scheduling the appointment and wait time in the office. First off, ZocDoc had shown several slots of availability on the calendar for an upcoming Saturday, since I can't easily make it during the week due to work. Upon booking, I find out that they had overbooked for that day and needed to reschedule. So I did. I arrived 15 min early to my appointment in order to fill out forms. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait which is not ideal, but managable. I don't get called into the patient rooms for another 50 or so minutes. After taking my vitals, I'm left in the patient room being told the doctor would be in to see me. I wait and wait. After 35 minutes I leave the room to find out when the doctor would see me. I'm told I'm next. Finally Dr. Jackson comes in. Given the amount of wait time, I'd expect some attention to my symptoms and special care if they wanted me to return. None of that. He quickly dictated prescriptions, was in and out of the room a few times and now I realize he didn't give me a full diagnosis for one of my questions. The nurse was apologetic and by the looks of the waiting room, it seems like they try to book as many people as possible (likely to turn profit). I'd go here only out of necessity.

Dr. Jackson is a very knowledgeable and thorough Dermatologist. His staff is great and his waiting room is very serene. It sets the tone for the rest of the visit.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Thirty minutes passed and my name still wasn't called. I asked the receptionist how long it wld be before I would be seen? She replied by saying "well the doctor isn't even here yet" (wow she could have atleast made up a good lie and said oh he's finishing up with another patient etc). She didn't even apologize! I finally get called back after 45min and I waited in the room for the doctor another 30 min. When Dr.Jackson came into the room he starts talking as if "its all good" not even an apology for his extreme lateness! There were other things that he said and did that made me extremely uncomfortable. Its unfortunate because his office is clean, and located in a great place but for the inappropriate comments and rudness from Dr.Jackson and his staff is not worth it!

It's been a long time since I've received such good service from a doctor's office. Everything was excellent, from the receptionist to the nurses/staff to Dr. Jackson! I say 5 stars all the way through!

Dr. Jackson was able to help me in a practical way, he and the friendly staff listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them with great detail. I have a clear plan for my health issues. The office is clean and designed well and kid friendly. They even give sugar free lollipops for kids! A plus for me (a way to keep him occupied) and the little one.

The wait was unreasonable. I repeatedly tried to reschedule as I had been waiting for two hours, but the staff kept assuring me he'd see me any moment. When I was about to leave I was informed he could take me right then. I was led to a room where I had to wait another 30 minutes.

I saw Dr. Jackson for a rash I had on my side that turned out to be Shingles. He was really nice and so were his assistants. However, he did try to push some facial prescriptions on me...

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Wait was too long. the Doctor seemed knowledgeable but because of the number of patients he sees, did not give a lot of time to this first time patient. He did seem like he cared: however, I just did not get all the information and assurance I was after. Nonetheless, I will go back for a follow up.

My visit with Dr. Jackson was a very positive experience. He has great bedside manner insuring that I was comfortable and at ease. Nice Doc, but it just took way toooooooooo long. 4 hours to have a mole removed, but they explained it's not a constant occurance.
