The visit with the doctor was quick and painless. Although we did not receive a referral list for the sonogram and had to do that research myself. My other drawback was that the receptionist was on her cell phone the whole time, literally on her cell phone while taking my information. That is a huge red flag as far as professionalism.
I felt it was rushed as he was dismissive- he seemed bored and was cutting me off when I was trying to explain symptoms as he stated my issue was common and would resolve itself. He didn't look at me or even take a urine sample when I went for a very specific on going issue. I asked questions and he didn't give me answers. I was not confident in his knowledge and felt he did not take the time to hear me out.
