Dr Shapiro is excellent! I would recommend him to anyone I know he is extremely knowledgable and his bedside manner is terrific...made me feel comfortable and helped me out a lot!

Very nice fellow who spent time discusses all treatment options. Staff is Great, very friendly and efficient. Overall an Excellent experience.

I think the doc was ok but the receptionist was a dum. She had no manners even saying 'good morning' or 'thank you'. When I filled out the papers, she still wrote the address wrong and pretended that she was a 'dum smart'.

Though the waiting time today was longer than usual (doctor had some surgeries done on other patients), the waiting time was worthwhile as I think it is one of the best MDs I ever wen to: the best bedside manner, extreme professional knowledge, quick take on things, very detailed approach to a patient's problem, very meticolous follow-up. One of the best doctors I have ever been too and ever seen. Really cares about patients. Excellent education, manners, knowledge - absolutely perfect in every aspect of care - 1000% !!!

I was very comfortable with my visit ...... Although the wait time was too long, Dr Shapiro did Apologized multiple times and explained that is was a very busy day....... Which of course put me, the patient at ease.... Very please!!!!!

My First visit was great. Dr. Shapiro addressed all my concerns and I look forward to my follow up visit.

Took the time to sit and talk to me in plain language. Was very professional but at the same time had very caring manner. I would recommend him.

My only complaint for this visit was the wait. It was close to 2 hours. I don't know what caused the delay as this has NOT happened in the past.

He was exceptionally pleasant and I felt very comfortable. I never felt rushed and he answered ever question I asked.

Almost perfect. Doctor is very attentive to the needs. The practice is busy and long wait can be expected unless you book an appointment in the beginning of the schedule. But even a long wait is justified to see a knowledgable doctor, with good manners, and pleasant smile.

So I walked into the doctor's office at 9:52am. My apt. was at 10:00am. I didnt get seen until 12:30pm. However, the nurse who asked me questions was very kind, and so was the dermotologist. I told him my issues, and he looked at it for about .2 seconds, and then wrote me up 2 prescriptions. I don't think he did this because he is inexperienced, but rather the other way around. He seemed like he really knew what he was doing. I hope the prescriptions work!!!! By the way, the facilites are very good!!!! I really like him as a doctor, but I don't like the wait. If you are going to see him, beware that you will spend 2 AND A HALF HOURS WAITING!

I had a little skin problem and wanted to make sure it was not a skin cancer. It was my first visit to Dr. Shapiro, and I had a very good impression of a doctor - kind, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, a good listener. Waiting in the office was a different story. I waited for 2.5 hours, there were lots of other patients waiting, and not even enough chairs for everyone to sit down. Patients were nervous and drove the overstressed receptionists crazy. It is really a pity and a disservice to the reputation of an excellent doctor. I have another appointment with Dr Shapiro in two weeks. I will gladly go there, but will definitely bring some thick book with me.

My visit with Dr. Shapiro went well. He is professional, as well as thorough. Although wait time was endless, he gave the attention required, answered the questions I had, without rushing to get onto his next patient. His staff was just as polite and cordial and made the waiting as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this doctor, just bring a great book and catch up on some reading while you wait in air conditioned waiting area.

No A/C. Over a 40 minute wait. No TV to occupy waiting patients in the waiting room. Very unsatisfied.

The doctor was a very helpful, polite gentleman who explained everything thoroughly and carefully. He is all around a nice doctor who strives to get you the best treatment possible. Although I must say that the wait was very long and tedious. Moreso, the woman at the front desk is very rude and unpleasant. She made my visit less enjoyable with her inexcusable attitude.

The visit started with a 1 hour wait in a really busy waiting room with the AC turned down because the receptionists were cold. No one apologized or asked me if I was ok waiting that long, its not like I have to go to work or anything. Then I waited for another 20 minutes in the patient's room. Finally Dr. Shapiro who is super nice and very friendly, managed to see me and do a minor procedure all within 30 minutes and sped out of the room. I get that its a busy practice but it felt like a factory with an assembly line, the medical assistants and the staff wear mikes in their ears and scream into the headsets at each other like in a department store. At the end you get a paper with instructions typed up with the doctors mobile, which is kind of cool but very impersonal.

He was simply great. Nothing that he could have done would of made my experience better.

Dr. Shapiro was very pleasant and professional. Needed to address several areas that needed injecting and biopsies, and didn't feel a thing. Excellent!

I think that Dr. Shapiro's visit was very informal and I liked the recommendations that were made to assist me with dealing with my problem.

this is a great doctor! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about you. I have a bad form of psoriasis and he suggested many options and explained everything in detail. I'm sure that he will put it under control in the nearest future.

Dr. Shapiro is a very nice, warm and compassionate doctor. However, I would recommend that you go somewhere else simply because it takes anywhere from 1-3 hour wait time. This is based on about 20 appts. over the course of a year.

It was very satisfied experience. Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Since I was the first patient for a day there were no any waiting time.

I waited two hours to be seen. The patient before me was with the doctor for over one hour. It appears that if a patient is diagnosed as needing to have a lenghty procedure done (as the patient before me), the doctor does it right away, instead of rescheduling, as most considerate dermatologist do. This doctor does not care about your time.

stay away!!!!! very uncomfortable from the minute I stepped into that stuffy crowded office The wait was the longest wait I have ever had to wait for a Dr. .... Ever!!! He books more patients than he can handle for the day.. So everyone suffers

Wait time was about 3 and a half hours. It was too difficult for 78 years old woman with diabetes.

Dr Shapiro is terrific. He answered all my questions and was very clear about my treatment. My concern was an irregularity on my face. He totally put me at ease. Gave me treatment and told me to get back in touch if the issue had not resolved itself within 4 days.

Had to wait about an hour to see him but the office is pretty busy so that's to be expected. He was very nice and professional. The staff was very nice as well.

The visit was great . not only it was fast ; but also I was treated with respect. I got the result that I want. Before bying my medication at the pharmacy the doctor gave me sample medication that I will use for a couple days.

Dr. Shapiro was great, friendly and funny. He was quick to diagnose my problem. However, the wait time was more than an hour.

The doc is great, however his staff is irritating. The receptionists are not informative, will never crack a smile at you, and frankly aren't honest about the wait time. I waited 3 hours for a simple follow-up, where the doc just had to look at my skin and determine if the treatment should be continued. The staff allowed three people who came in after me to go ahead of me, who did not have any emergencies [good looking guys, and people from their neck of the world], had lunch, and were not apologetic about the wait or their inability to keep track of whose appointment was earlier. Unfortunately, the doc was not sincerely apologetic as well. Ps. this review is after a few weeks, so my anger has dissipated.

This was my first visit to this dr. I waited 3HOURS for my consult. Others waited, almost 4! The receptionist gave no sincere answers but said "There's nothing we can do" By the time I entered the doctor, he was very cordial and took the time to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. The nurses apologized for the wait and sweet.

Definitely a professional doctor. He explained what is the cause of my symptom and detailed oriented what I should do. I would recommend him to others.

My mom needed transportation to the doctor's office with an ambullette this morning and we had to wait about 1 hour for them to return for us. The person who answered the phone, when I try to complain, was very rude and he hung-up on me. The name of the company is "Allmedical" Thanks.

dr shapiro is an excellent and proficient doctor, although i waited for more than 2 hours i later found out he had a surgery that ran into an emergency. the girls at reception are very nice and thoughtful and never lost control or patience with the fast paced setting. the office is also beautiful and calming. I do not hesitate to reccommend dr shapiro and have no reservations. by the way my procedure was painless, quick and everything was explained to me perfectly!!

I went for acne consultation. Doctor Shapiro was very professional and knew that I wanted to tackle my problem from different angles in order to get fast results. He answered my questions and was patient. I had to wait very long during my first visit (I think 2 hours), but for the second I waited less than 20 minutes. Only negative, sometimes he may seem rushed, though could be because my problem is not unique.

well when i come to the office the people where nice and everything but i have problem with acne , and the doctor just look at my face ones and i told him i have problems with that and he ask if i was alleges and i said no and he said ok then he give me a subscription what im put on my face and that's it done! i don't know maybe that's how it work for him but for me in order to give somebody something that will work i would do a lot things! will see how it will work on my face.

He is great! I did radiesse on my laugh lines and he did an excellent job!! Very nice and definitely listens to what you have to say and what you want. Will definitely go back. Dr, angela weatherall is also really great too. I have seen both and am really happy. However, his prices for fillers are a bit on the high side and the wait was about an hour!

Excellent doctor with me. And took his time with me and my problem. i'm going for follow up and looking forward to haveing my medical issues taken care of.
