I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment. Multiple women who arrived after me were seen before me. I felt very frustrated. The waiting room was overcrowded - there were women standing because there were not enough seats. There were children everywhere (to be expected at an OB-GYN?), laying on the floor and making a lot of noise (not a judgement, just a fact). Once I was shown to the room in the back, the entire visit was quite quick, but I was very frustrated by the long wait considering that I was taking time off from work for the visit. The doctor was knowledgeable but not very reassuring regarding a potential health risk.
Thorough, caring doctor who listened to my concerns. Only downside was the extreme wait time. Thought- scheduling times could be adjusted so new clients from zocdoc don't have to wait 1.5hrs.
