I never saw the doctor because he was not in the office. I made an appt thru ZocDoc at 10am and i got a call from his Brooklyn office saying to check with the Queens office and when i do they say oh he is not here today. I dont know anything about online appt. So how did she know i had one. Queens office very rude. Then they tell me oh i can give an appt fot 2 weeks, i was NO im sick NOW not in 2weeks. She says well he is a heart doctor or something. And i checked off general doctor and he came up. Ugh not good.

Dr. Kapchits is actually a cardiologist, although he is listed as a primary care giver thru my insurance company, United Health Care. He admitted to me that he has specialized as a cardiologist although he does treat patients as a primary care giver. I waited an hour to see him, which I think is unforgiveable
