Great. She's very knowledgable and comprehensive. Made me feel at ease and also fully informed about what was going on.

Dr Grover was very approachable and friendly which is what I apprecate in a doctor. Great to have appointments available on a Saturday. The only thing I would prefer is for her to have her own office instead of sharing with another and seeing only the other doctors certificates and things. It would be better to have her credentials more visible

Dr. Grover is AWESOME! I can't say enough great things about her. She is knowledgeable on a host of various health issues as it pertains to endo, ob-gyn, and overall women's health. It's great to have a Dr. that is young enough to get it, while you still have full confidence that she knows exactly what she's doing. I love her and am so glad to have found a doctor like her in the city.

I was seen quickly but did make sure that I arrived ten to fifteen minutes early because I knew they needed my new patient paperwork. The office is pretty tiny but organized. The only thing I'd say is that I thought my physical could have been a little more thorough in that she didn't test reflexes or look in my throat, ears, eyes or nose which I assumed is usually part of a physical. This may be because I didn't express a concern with any of these areas but it still seemed like something that should have automatically been part of the exam. Otherwise, she was very easy to talk to and put me at ease throughout the appointment. She expressed that she would be glad to speak with me if I need to call or email her about any concerns or questions. I will definitely be using her as my regular doctor moving forward.

Would highly recommend Dr. Grover! Was very satisfied with results of my exam. She is thorough and listens to all you say. Explains her diagnosis through good communication and understanding.

Dr. Grover is amazing! I've only met with her once for a well visit, but she took the time to listen to me and did a through exam. She easily could've rushed through since I'm younger and have no issues. But I appreciate that she did not. I felt like we were best friends after walking out of her office and confident in my choice of a new primary.

I like cleanliness and an uncluttered office, the office Dr. Grover practices in is very small and the waiting room is exposed to the many patient files she keeps. Although Dr. Grover was professional and I had a quick and thorough check-up, I will not be booking another appointment with her anytime soon. I also got a biopsy done and got a huge scar as a result from it.

She's very nice and has a great bedside manner

Very nice, easy to talk to, not intimidating, took her time, offered to answer any questions I had.

It was fine. However, I never got a follow up call about my blood work. I would assume that means everything went fine but it seems a little improper not to follow up with a patient. Luckily for me, my company switched Health Insurance providers and I can go back to my original doctor who is amazing and a much more reliable OB-GYN than Dr. Grover.

I had a good experience with Dr Grover. I had been through a few doctors over the years as well as in between jobs, and had not found a regular PCP that I felt comfortable with or desired to go to again. I think my search may be over. I am very picky and Monica addressed all of my issues, concerns and questions. She offered solutions, things I can try, things to think about, etc. I think I found my Primary!

Dr. Grover was very professional, very warm and made the whole appointment very comfortable. She took the time to answer questions extensively and even answered medical questions not associated with the initial visit. The staff at the office is also extremely pleasant.

Wonderful first visit. She took the time to speak with me and learn about my health goals/needs before the actual exam. So glad I found her!

Dr.Grover was really nice and inviting. Going to the doctor may be nerve wrecking however she makes you feel calm. She explains everything she is going to do before she does it to put your mind at ease. I will definitely be going back to her.

Monica was professional and friendly. She took the time to explain what tests would be performed and took the time to clarify my family history. The staff was also very courteous and checked me in and out efficiently.

I had my annual exam with Dr. Grover. First, she took me into her office to get a bit of my medical/lifestyle history. I've never had a doctor go over stuff like this. (I always wondered if they look over the forms they have you fill). The visit was as pleasurable as an exam could be (it's akward in and of itself). She made me feel comfortable the entire visit and will definitely keep her as my primary doctor. Plus, she's open on Saturdays!

She was awesome. 1st time I enjoyed going to get a pap! Haha. Highly recommend her!

I was a little annoyed with the nearly hour-long wait, but Dr. Grover immediately apologized and explained that they have someone new on staff and had been running behind all day. We discussed my current health as well as family health history in her office before going to the examining room. The appointment itself was fast (not *too* fast-- just efficient), and Dr. Grover made me feel very welcome and comfortable, as did the admins working in the office.

Dr Grover was wonderful. She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.
