Doctor is highly competent but not chatty or overly friendly(which is fine.)Efficient, and no BS. Lady who takes blood for lab work is fantastic - no pain, got the vein on the first try.
She knew her stuff and was very professional. Cold hands though, but it was freezing in Chicago the day I had my appointment!
