Dr. Nadine Jamal OD

Highly recommend Dr. Jamal. Went in for annual eye exam and contact lense evaluation. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and patient as she took the time to explain my vision exam to me. As an added bonus she's easy on the eyes. (pun intended)

Her smile and tone was never genuine, and though she spoke very softly and "kindly," I never once felt that she actually cared about me, and it seemed as though she were just very good at keeping her voice very patient and sweet. Some people might see that as okay, but I don't feel comfortable with or trust Dr. Jamal if that's how she is all the time. Otherwise, I guess she did her job, as did her assistants (one of whom seemed to be new; she got flustered after she couldn't figure out how to turn on the light, had trouble with and/or had to ask other doctors a couple times for certain things, etc.). I imagine that I won't be going back to her any time soon, though. :/

Thorough and efficient. Was very helpful with finding me a better fitting pair of contacts. I tried on a bunch before eventually settling with one. So far they work great. Also, the lady who helps you fit glasses was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with Dr. Jamal and her staff. Everybody was extremely nice and very easy to deal with. I had my appointment, picked out new glasses, and then came to pick them up after they were ordered. It was great being able to do all of that in one location, and having everything be so seamless.

Just finished a full vision therapy program with Dr. Jamal - couldn't be happier. A decision to go to her is smart one.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable

All of her reviews are spot on...she is awesome. Super nice, very patient, very knowledgeable, I'm basically new to all things optical, she walked me through contacts, explained everything during the eye exam, and helped me get my contacts out a few times when I couldn't...honestly couldn't have asked for a better visit. The entire staff is great, fun, professional, and again, super nice.
