Dr. Hayashi herself is fantastic! Warm, knowledeable, and very thorough. Seeing her makes the entire visit worth it. Most of the tests are conducted by other staff, who are somewhat abrupt and disinterested. The office feels like an assembly line with patients being shuffled from machine to machine to waiting room to machine. Unfortunately, my 8:45am appointment wasn't over until 10:30am (and only because I rushed it to get to a meeting) due to a long wait time.

Dr. Naomi Hayashi was very attentive, quick to pick on what I was in for and provide appropriate advice. In addition she anticipated questions and anxieties I may have had regarding my condition and prescribed medicine, and made me feel comfortable.

I was frustrated with the kind of chaotic waiting area (which doubles as the area where you do the preliminary eye tests...so not much privacy), and there were to many people scheduled the day I was there. That said, my frustrations melted away as soon as I met the doctor. She's seriously one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. What a wonderful and thorough professional! Loved her.

On my appointment day, I had to fill out some paperwork and was guided through preliminary eye exams by the medical assistants. There were other patients whom were also going through the same process, so we were all rotated between different eye examining machines during the first 30 minutes. I was finally able to meet with Dr. Hayashi about 10 minutes later. Dr. Hayashi promptly reviewed the results from the eye examining machines and let me know what I needed to know about them. She was friendly and knowledgeable. On a side note, it seemed a bit awkward that the medical assistant was still in the examination room with us throughout the session.

Just had my 2nd yearly exam with Dr. Hayashi and couldn't be happier. She runs a million different tests, and has a very friendly staff. She spends a long time with you and listens to all your concerns. She even ran 3 more tests when I told her of a new issue I was having. Gentle and friendly, couldn't be happier!!

The doctor and the entire staff were genuinely friendly and professional. The doctor really took her time with me and I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted. The exam was very thorough too. It was by far the best experience I've had at any doctor.

She is very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and she doesn't make you feel like she is in a rush to get rid of you, which is my biggest caveat with doctors nowadays. She also gave me a bunch of samples of products instead of me having to go buy them at the pharmacy. This office seems extremely high-tech with modern technology, which I love.

Dr Hayashi's billing and scheduling administrators are professional, helpful, and efficient. Medical staff started by walking me through six or seven different tests, at different stations around the office. Again, they were courteous and efficient. My consultation with Dr Hayashi was excellent. She is intelligent and warm. She listened to me carefully and answered my questions clearly thoughtfully. She took her time and focussed, as opposed to so many doctors who (understandably) become rushed and distracted. Her medical judgement and treatment seem excellent.

My experience in Dr. Hiyashi's office was a good one. They start by sending you through a sort of assembly line of eye tests, which all feels very scientific and thorough. Then I saw the doctor herself and she was very nice and smart and helpful.
