Dr. Rao was extremely empathetic and patient with me as I explained my back problem. He carefully explained his diagnosis and put together a comprehensive and achievable plan for restoring me back to good condition. I can't say enough great things about him.
He was very nice and tried to do what he could for me with the limited suplies in the office. He was gentle and cautious - which I appreciate. Had to re-use my ratty old ACE bandage.
Very professional and knowledgable!
