I love Dr. Earl, she is great!

Difficulty with integration of zoc doc Appointments made online cancelled by staff and ones scheduled by phone do not appear. Text messages of cancelled appointment reminders but none for those scheduled by telephone.

Dr. Earl is a wonderful physician! She is kind and very smart. She recognizes symptoms skillfully and orders the appropriate diagnostic tests. Dr. Earl established an effective course of treatment and by my follow-up visit I was feeling great. She explains everything in a way that is easily understood and leaves you feeling confident in her competency and care.

Dr.Earl was knowledgeable and professional, the time delay should've been communicated upon check in at front desk. She established a good plan of care, I will see her again - but early in the day with the hopes of her not being behind.

She was very personable and made me feel reassured.

It seems like other review have said about her is true. I have gone to her for a procedure recommended by Dr. Earl. The procedure was not completed successfully and needed to come back for a follow up second procedure which will charge double the cost with the insurance. I needed multiple follow up visits which co-pay also add up. I do not think that I will come back to her for future problems.

I was suffering with vertigo and was mostly seen and treated by the assistant to the Dr. The Dr. came in at the end briefly. My vertigo was treated successfully in the office that day with the Epley maneuver performed by the assistant. I was thrilled!!!

Very pleased. Dr. Earl presented as a very knowledgeable and highly skilled professional. I have confidence in her recommendations and treatment plan.

Dr. Earl is an excellent ENT specialist. I had several issues to discuss and she spent time reviewing each one with me. She did not make me feel rushed at all like a lot of doctors I have been to. At the end of the session, she made sure to reiterate each issue I brought up and the recommended treatments for each. I would highly recommend her to others.

This online appointment was confirmed by email to me but the office had no record of it. I have no idea where the breakdown occurred but they did see me eventually. It's quite annoying to be encouraged to use this service when the office can't get their act together. Any remedy you can provide would be helpful. Thank you

Dr. Earl was very professional but also very personal. She was efficient and answered my questions ... I felt on the same level which may sound kind of weird but with other doctors sometimes I feel like they are a little condescending and I did not have that feeling at all with Dr. Earl.

Can't say that I'd call 2 minutes of her time a visit. She barely even looked me in the eye. The office asst examined me and flushed my ears...not the doctor. I would've even appreciated if Dr. Earl had taken a moment to review my forms before she came in the exam room. I hate uneccesarily having to repeat myself. If your not going to look at patient forms then why bother having the patient fill them out! Meeting with Dr. Earl really wasn't worth my copay.

Excellent, intelligent, genuinely interested in helping me. They have audiologist in their suite so no need for second APPT for hearing test she wanted me to have! Excellent audiologist..at end, I even had molds made for earplugs.. All of this was in my initial visit!!

A credit to her profession. I feel that she has the honesty and integrity that is sometimes lacking in the medical field. I went to her for a procedure that has been proven to be ineffective, and while she could have performed it, she advised me not to have it done. She then provided me with non-surgical non-chemical alternatives. No unnecessary tests or procedures. Dr. Earl is warm, friendly, and caring. i recommend her and her office.

Very good. The office was very organized, efficient, and thorough. I received prompt service, including an examination and basic testing by two physician's assistants as well as Dr. Earl. All listened to my concern. Dr. Earl explained her opinion of my situation, and provided me with a "plan of action" that was easy to understand and follow. I would not hesistate to see her again.
