The office staff was extremely helpful and apologized about the wait stating they had several emergencies that day. My visit was interrupted several times by the staff due to these emergencies, however I don't believe this is the norm. The doctor seemed a bit preoccupied and not real sure I had a 100% of his attention.Overall I feel he was a good doctor maybe just not having the best day.
I was not pleased with this appointment. It was a waste of time for both my husband and myself. Dr. Rockowitz bedside manner was horrible. He came across as a self-centered, rude person.
