Dr. Peiffer comes to Texas from the state of Ohio. He received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his
training in Otolaryngology at the UT-Southwestern Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Peiffer is a published author and is active in missionary work providing head and neck surgical needs to impoverished areas of Central America.

The only downside to seeing my doctor was the wait time. I waited at least 30 minutes from my appointment time. Other than that, it was a good visit.
I went to see Doctor Pieffer about an issue with ear pain from loud sounds. He provide some useful information that I hope will help me in the future.
Absolutely loved him! He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. My wait was less than ten minutes! I would recommend him to everyone.
I think he knows his business and is very professional. The only hitch was that they called the prescription to the wrong Pharmacy, which was a little inconvenient, but otherwise ok.

The doctor saw me within 15 minutes of his nurse placing me in a treatment room. The doctor came in, was pleasant and after a few questions, went right to work helping me with my hearing issues.
This was a first time visit for my 3 year old son. At first I was concerned because of my son's age. The staff was upbeat and positive and we got in to see the Doctor quickly. Dr. Peiffer was thorough when explaining his thoughts on what the issues could be and offered multiple options on how to address it. He was friendly with both me and my son and is having us return to make sure we have the right resolve to the issue. I would recommend him and the office to anyone.

Dr. Peiffer is a breath of fresh air when it comes to stuffy old doctors - he's extremely polite and is always interested in how you are doing and is extremely talented and well read in the latest procedures in his area. I had full sinus surgery and I was wide awake. He told me what he was going to do when he was going to do. Through the whole process he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay.

Great - personable and prompt
Dr. Peiffer was very thorough, and made sure he addressed the patient as a whole and not just the symptoms they were aware of. He suggested various approaches to the condition and made the patient feel as though they had a say and control in what is happening. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Peiffer is one of the best doctors I have met that listens to his patient - I may not fit the perfect mold but Dr Peiffer met me where I was and let the mold be flexible to my needs.
It was a very comfortable office setting. The receptionist was warm and compelling. The nurse was also so accommodating and friendly. And Dr. Peiffer gave me a feeling of confidence in his treatment plan and was also warm and kind.....a very positive experience.
He seemed very good. My only criticism is that zoc doc didn't allow for the office to schedule a hearing test that I could have done if I had followed up with a phone call.

He seems pretty good and covered all bases. I have to do a night at a sleep clinic tomorrow that he arranged for me to see. I will see him again next week.

You have been warned- the waiting room is really noisy and not good for anyone with a headache. It is a small area and between the loud children toys and people on their cell phones it was not a conducive environment. My visit with the Dr. was okay. He took an interest in my case and explained everything but I did not leave feeling 100% confident. The receptionist is really nice and attentive but the rest of the staff was not as pleasant. All of this combined lowered my score.

I like Dr. Peiffer. He is professional and appears to know what he is doing despite his apparant youth. The ZocDoc appointment maker that I used did not convey the need for a hearing test to the audiologist, and we had to wait quite a long time for the hearing test. Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Peiffer.

I felt well taken care of. Emily, I believe her name is, is courteous, kind, and well versed in her approach to her Testing. Dr. Peiffer is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains in detail the medical problem with my ear. I even got a copy of the analysis to show my grown caring children. Thank you for the ease of my visit.

in this age of information, what seperates the best from the rest is one empowering their clients, Dr Peiffer, not only treated me but gave me the pertinent information in regards to my condition. To me Healthcare is no longer just about treating a patient,or symtoms etc its all about getting and giving the right information, for the betterment of one's patient, and this is where the Dr excelled.
