I thought he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgable. He was the 3rd doctor I had seen in regards to my sinus problems and the first to suggest seeing an allergist before rushing into surgery, he said he would rather have all of the info first which oddly enough no one else had taken the time to say! Very exited to be working with Dr Patel and would highly recommend.

My first visit to Dr. Patel's office was on June 2. I did not have to wait more than ten minutes. The office staff appeared very busy, but they were courteous and professional. Dr. Patel himself was very friendly, professional, and warm. He was able to explain the problem I was having with my ear and to easily take care of it. After having visited several doctors in the past few years, I would say that Dr. Patel was by far the most personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I thought I had a cotton swab from a Q-TIp stuck in my ear & went to see Dr. Patel to verify it & if there was one, to have it removed (turned out to be nothing in there, phew!). The doctor seemed to have a good clinical acumen and ability to pin point the underlying problems right away. However, overall I felt that there were too many leading questions and the appointment was rushed as he had reached a decision without completely listening to me completely. Additionally, I came to know only from the pharmacists that I was being put on oral steroids. I guess it would have been more appropriate if he discussed the same with me during the visit.

Dr. Patel was very thorough during our appointment. I went in to address a few conditions and he made sure I was well informed on the causes and as well as the treatment option. There was no wait, except for him until I was done completing the paperwork. He was able to relate my conditions and treatments to those with similar lifestyles, which help me feel even more comfortable with him. Instead of rushing me out or himself rushing out (as I have experienced with other medical professionals) he made sure I was pleased with the visit and content with what I learned about my conditions.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit with Dr.Patel. After seeing three separate Ent's for the exact same issue Dr. Patel managed to finally address the issue promptly and with no difficulty. He is without a doubt the most competent Ent I have ever seen. Also, the office staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. Though the restroom was undergoing some minor renovations it had no bearing on the care I received. I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone with ent concerns or issues. I have seen 5 dr's already for the treatment of my ear and Dr. Patel took the time to actually LISTEN to me about the problem I was having and subsequent treatment and was very clear on all the information about what the problem with my ear is and the way he will handle the treatment. I generally prefer the recommendations of close friends when it comes to doctors. But yesterday, after several days of feeling unwell and in dire need of a provider who would accept my insurance, I found Dr. Patel via ZocDoc. Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I have ever visited in America. He is very intelligent, patient, and thorough with his exam as well as takes into consideration your personal views on medicine (i.e., would you rather have a more homeopathic approach to healing, a script, or a combo of the two). I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who is having ENT issues.

I think most people are wary when trying a new doctor. I was, mostly because it was my first time using ZocDoc and I didn't know what sort of quality doctors were available. Dr. Patel was incredibly amicable and the whole experience was pleasant. I definitely would recommend him to my friends (and already have).

Nice doctor. Caring and helpful- fixed the problem immediately. He was very clear with his explanation of what was wrong. I was only upset about the one hour wait it took to see him (standing bc all chairs were occupied).
