I have high expectations in my physicians, and Dr. Shah exceeded them. It is important for me that my doctor have a mix of expertise in their field and great people skills. Dr. Shah was personable, informative and put me at ease. He used effective analogies and patiently answered all my questions - I never felt rushed. I feel much less apprehensive about potential treatment after discussing the issue with Dr. Shah. His demeanor, and the professionalism of the staff, made me feel confident in my decision to have Dr. Shah treat me.
