UPON ENTERING THE OFFICE, I HAD ONE PATIENT AHEAD OF ME. I SIGNED THE LOG AND INFORMED THE PERSON AT THE FRONT THAT I WAS A NEW PATIENT, HER IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WAS "YOU HAVE INSURANCE", AFTER ANSWERING SHE TOLD NOT ASKED THAT I HAVE A SEAT. I WATCHED PATIENTS ENTER, AFTER I DID,SEE THE DR AND LEFT. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR I WAS GIVEN FORMS TO COMPLETE AND MY COPAY COLLECTED. FINALLY IN TO SEE THE DR, HE SAT ON HIS STOOL AND ASKED A SERIES OF QUESTIONS, NEVER EXAMINED ME, TOLD ME TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR BLOOD WORK AND THAT WHEN THE RESULTS CAME IN ON FRIDAY I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE OFFICE. IT HAS BEEN DAYS AFTER AND NO CALL. SINCE THEY DID NOT CALL, I CALLED THEM, I WAS TOLD THAT THE RESULTS TAKE TIME AND THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME, I CALLED BACK FOR THE NAME OF THE REP, ANOTHER ANSWERED AND STATED THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME NEITHER THE PREVIOUS REP'S NAME NOR THEIR OWN. STILL AWAITING MY RESULTS.
Saw him on July 30 instead because I cancelled the July 28 appointment.Very good. Soft spoken,he made me feel at ease,explained the probable causes of my situation, explained my options, advised me and set the ball of physical examination rolling.
He cut me off every time I said something, and he was watching tv while I was telling him my concerns.
